you can create a playlist through the "transfer music" option of the pc suite. once you're in the program, double click anywhere on the upper part of the window and click on "add". type in the name and of the playlist. now you have to transfer that to the phone. what you do is to click on the playlist name you just created and click "transfer to phone". you'll notice in the bottom part of the window a folder under the C: directory that's named playlist. click on that and the playlist you just transferred should be there. now right click on the playlist name and choose "add". a window with all the music files contained in your phone will appear. you just got to choose the songs there that you want included in the playlist. Voilà you now have a playlist.

      Hi all.

      I've tried to search for the solution but could not find any.

      Just got the 6270 2 weeks ago. Btw, I'm from Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA.

      I have 2 problems now:

      1) The LCD will goes blank and white (like restart) when I tried to make outgoing calls or sometimes while transferring data from my laptop with infrared. This happen inttermitently.

      2) Noise while using blutooth HS-4W (subsequent after the blank happen)

      What I have done:

      1) Sent it back to Nokia Authorised Service Center but they said no updated firmware available yet so they just refreshed it with the same firmware.

      Problem still there.

      2)Contacted Nokia Main Service Center and they advised me to bring the phone back to them and perhaps needs a new motherboard. Will do it this Saturday and update here.

      So, in the meantime, if anyone has any solution to it please reply here or email me personally.

      Appreciate your help.

        hi .. just buy 6270 yesterday ....
        jsut wanna know how can i create a playlist got music player n the media player surport wat file ?? coz i try to open a mp4 file i dosen't open ........

          Hi gwapz! i appreciate your taking time out to help people in this forum. you're doing a great job man. I dicovered two bugs in my phone that I hope you can help me out with. First, song titles of music that you rip directly from an audio-cd to the phone using the "transfer music" option on PC suite turn up as chinese characters in the track list. Second, the time stamp (this can be seen in message details) of messages i receive is way too different (or advanced?) from the actual time, that is, hours and hours of difference. I wonder if a few others or all owners have encountered these bugs. Thanks again pare for any reply you can share!

            i want to buy this phone but 1st i want to see a comparison statistics between this Nokia and some of SE models.. like S700i, S710, i heard that is too very preety Foto get from that... better than 7610.., olso W800, W900i .....

              Im not really a big fan of the carl zeiss lens..

              I wish nokia made a deal with PENTAX.. i kinda like their lens better..

              I mean what digital camera uses carl zeiss lenses? other than the N90?

                  had this phone last December 2005. I can say the features are the ultimate! 512 MB mem card, 2 megapixel, even and MP3 and radio in one.. i even liked the way the text messaging was designed.. but.. it has a problem on LCD, it always goes blank and restarts.. even while on call and on idle mode. There was even an instance that it produces an irritating sound if after the phone was idle, a call or text message was received and even during MP3 is on. Have to return it

                  Hope Nokia resolves this..

                    i heard motorola is going to partner with kodak to improve their camera quality (something they SURELY need)

                    nokia is with carl zeiss, but it could be cool they added canon digic II to their cameraphones. + carl zeiss optics it would rip the competition apart

                                I bought this phone and N70(for my brother) 3 weeks ago. The only advantage of N70 is that it is running on Symbian with better camera. But dispaly and ergonomics wise, 6270 kicks some ass! Awesome phone indeed!
                                Although I still believe SE still have the best camera in the market.

                                Now the sad part is that I ran into my first problem with this phone. After listening to mp3s, the phone shut down because of low batteries. During charging, I turned it on but it turned on and off 4 times then shut down automatically. So i waited until the battery become fully charged, but when I tried it again, the same thng happened. I think it's because of the theme I installed on the phone ( a theme that changed the icons, background and everything like themes in symbian phones).

                                Well, I'm taking it to Nokia Care tomorrow so I'm crossing my fingers. I'm already missing this damn good phone!!!!

                                    4)font size
                                    where is the option to remove shortcuts from wallpaper

                                        well i got the phone and i love its great

                                        but i dont like the shortcuts being displayed on the wallpaper
                                        do u know how to remove them
