    It's not big at all. It's about the same size as the K750i, but a little bit thicker, that's all. It's a small handset when closed.

      N6280 dimensions are 99,9x46x21mm. I have N6230 and its dimensions are 103x44x20mm. So N6280 for me isn't a big phone. It's almast the same like 6230.

      Big phone is eg. N6270 - 104x50x23mm. Compare it to N6280. You can notice a difference :)

        Iv heard in a couple of ppl's comments that they are surprised by the phone's size i.e. it's kinda biggish...What are u guys on? It's a 3g phone for starters and it's slightly slimmer than the n70...In fact, id say it's relatively small...and light!

        Hope thereare no further delays with this phone..I'm from melb australia and have been waiting for months to upgrade my moto e1000. Hope the battery life isn't too bad

          Sorry - in my last post, I meant to say the 3 Network doesn't operate in the USA (not the UK as I wrote...).

            Bluff. Happy New Year to you.

            The photos were taken in the UK, yesterday, by me. The phone isn't available in the USA - and the 3 network doesn't operate in the UK.

            I really can't see how you can doubt the integrity of the photo - I suppose I could always take a photo of the phone next to Big Ben or Parliament, but frankly on New Year's Day I can't be bothered.

            So here are some photos of the phone just for you next to a Royal Mail missed parcel notice (which are only available in the UK) which I received yesterday.

            now you could always say that the photos are still fake, and that I managed to somehow cleverly get hold of a UK RoyalMail notice just to fool you, but I think you would be pushing it a little far!

              well guyz i got this fone on 23rd of dec. as an upgrade, a very nice fone, only missing one thing i.e. Symbians OS otherwise this fone is perfect. this fone is only being given to existing customers as an upgrade.

                bluff: '3' does not market it's phones to the americas. so packaging is most definately not US, especially if it's on '3'. big players in the us/canada are the following, and only 4 support gsm handsets:
                - rogers
                - telus
                - bell mobility
                - cingular
                - at&t
                - verizon
                - sprint
                - t-mobile
                - nextel

                  hey hey hang on for a sec , b4 u gun down akshay, i think those pictures were taken in the usa, especially the ones from first set of link. even the box looks like a usa box not a uk nokia box, i doubt the integrity of the pictures.

                      I played on a 6280 for a couple of minutes yesterday in a 3 store in London. The first thing that struck me was its size and weight. It is a little bigger than I hoped and it really felt light. Not cheap but a little hollow. But the screen and camera were very good as was the new S40. Can't wait any longer!

                        Ashkay - others have proven that they already posssess the phone but you have yet to prove that you work at Nokia... You're either bluffing or you're oblivious and behind the news. It's quite obvious that Three in the UK is offering it as an upgrade - you just need to fork out the retailers that have it in stock.

                        I don't understand why some people are so relunctant to believe that some people already have this phone? What's the big deal? I guess I smell jealousy in the air...

                          i love this phone so much. ohh tired of waiting, yes. tomoro's 2006. Expecting to hav the phone by today. but i'm thinking of having n70 instead.. since it is small, and has cool features. but my mind is still thinking of having this. hehe Oh people! make it out fast. =P i cant wait owning it.

                            easy wag1, i like your review.
                            ur the only person talking sense. the others are talking s***. I told everyone that they dont have the phone but they kept on saying they do, but i think ur the person with a little bit of intelligence.
                            anyway, do u think its a good phone , is the slide good on it

                              Seems like everyone is tired of waiting? Might as well wait a little longer then and go for the N80 (if you don't mind the extra weight)...

                                had mine - picked it up today from someone who didn't want their 3 upgrade and tried it out. Nice phone but ultimately not for me.

                                I have just put it on eBay if anyone is interested.

                                  Hi guys, i've been reading the opinions of this phone and i don't know if i should get this phone. I live in Canada and we don't have 3G yet, but i can get this phone from asia. Do you guys think it's smart to get a 3G phone now because sooner or later we will have 3 in North America. If not, is the 6270 a good choice?

                                    ok ppl i think dat none of u lots ave dis phone. U may think its chat shyt bt its true i ave had the fone, i gt it from clubnoika, i dnt nw if u nw, dey allow u 2 try out fones b4 dey come out, i was da lucky 1 2 be choosen, i had it 4 2 week, had great fun with it. however you ca only have da fones 4 2week n den u ave 2 return it wiv a review,
