jana, 02 Jul 2008sucks..had this for about a year..everythings fine then one... morei'll just ask any1 to help me in my 6288 fon, it does not power ie, charge, no display apears to the lcd, what is the prblem of my cp, kindly post your reply please>>> thank oyu!!

have had this phone for a week i am very happy with the phone the accesories for the phone ie covers handsfree kits are freely available with no problems getting hold of .the phone is loud i like the way the phone lets you set the ringtones and themes of your choice the games graphics are exceelent themes are easy to get for this phone overall im very happy this is a fantastic phone with great features well done nokia

I only brought this phone yesterday and it cost $179.00 in the 3 store and i have had no prbz with it. it sounds like some of you guys got a dodgey 1 or something..................

The Original Nokia 6280 was already a Bad Phone, this sounds even worse!

sucks..had this for about a year..everythings fine then one day, screen wnet black.sounds fine, can even rcve calls and sms. but the screen is all black, took it to the shop, at first told me problem with the flex, now they told me it had something to do with the lcd, need to change it daw, my god, and it would cost me 3thousand..so mahal, and before i took it to the shop, i google for the problem..same comments, lcd problems...this phone is nice at first, but for longevity, i suggest get another phone.. i think this model is phase out or nokia has discontinued manufacturing this because of this problem... what a waste, it really cost me a lot to buy this phone, not including the repairs!!!

ive used this phone plenty of times and in a few months the slide went, sound was crapy and just ploblems all the time...
so i got rid of it =D

Bought this phone in Feb and have had nothing but problems.I kept a log and have been back to the store 8 times. It has been returned twice for full repair and the second time it came back worse. Can longer see sent messages and the ear phones don't work and it is still dropping calls which was the origianl problem.It would also show full battery then during a call beep battery low and switch off. Thurn it back on plug it in and it says battery full but same thing happens next time I make a call. Very dissapointed as I researched for a while. Unfortuanelty I think it is "pot luck" with any phone. There is good and bad feedback for every model and every brand of phone. Have lost all confidence in any really now.

dis - appointed, 21 Jun 2008this phone is pretty good or I shud say was. had this phone... morei used dis fone for a bt 1 yr and i can say that its features r gud but as time passes by there are many problems occuring in this phone. when i use it the screen turns black and sometimes upside down or even sideways. 2nd was the fone mem is always full i can't explain it, even if i restore the factory settings still the fone says phone mem is full so i recommend not to buy this fone. dat's all. :D it is only my opinion, it is still ur decision...

wow! the phone is good. have been using it 4 a year now and its performance is just cool. most of all, no virus problems so, i transfer files anyhow i want. its cool, really cool...

this phone is pretty good or I shud say was. had this phone for the past 1.5 yrs but now the screen turns blank or goes upside down sometimes. Did a s/w update as recommended. doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. now the display keeps blinking.
Can someone with similar exp plz help???

might be others are using same 6288 copy mobile so they are facing problem.But i have orded from foreign country 1and half years before in 28thousand it is best mobile i think so it is very fast and easy to operate.hink i like most is no virus problem
