Well the battery problem is solved now... try out the thing I am telling, wrap ur battery into tissue paper and then place it in ur cell. check the performance and let me know.

the BL-5c will work very well in the 6300.it goes in a little hard but it will work, l have been using a bl-5c for the past five month.

Hi Guys,
I tried to fit the BL 5C battery and just had file a little of the edging around the edging of the battery near the contacts and it fits under the cover but i find that it hard to close the cover of the phone nnd did not want to force it. Has anyone had the same problem? It seams the 5C battery will press on the back of the phone and possibly damage the case or worse the phone. Let know, thanks

will the BL-5C battery fit ??
doubt it will .....6230/6230i will only fit the BL-5C battery.
6300 is to slim:P

I heard theres a nokia 6300 which is made in china. Its sold with no warranty. How does that set perform.

nokia 6300 set is very good setit has good
looking,good display,good camera,good voice
clearity than sony ericson.but battery life
is poor.

Hello nokia users. The new firmwire version 5.5 is available for our 6300 Nokia moden. I just installed now and worked without a problem. Just go on site recommended by nokia pc suite, download the recommended software. Also for upgrade you will need internet conection on system you connect 6300 to upgrade.

the reason why it takes pictures in 1200x1600 is because it takes the pictures *Vertically* the 6233 takes the pictures *Horizontally* so then the resolution for 6233 pictures are 1600x1200 ...not 1200x1600 like in 6300
..............

Capturing picture in 1600x1200 resolution and it will save in 1200x1600 resolution.What da hell is this.Does anybody know.

to Tony u can see white chips at side u just have to press that hard and then just slide the cover it will open.

I got phone yesterday how do you open the back my hands just keep sliding off was trying for at least 3-4 hrs last night so were my family it dont open to put sim card in lol.
