is it possible to put SE memory stick 2 into a microSD adaptor so that it will fit into the 6300, it will fit im sure but will it work? Thanks

The best phone for me cuz of:
- it's great sound quality
- its 16.7 million colors LCD display, clearer than most N-series phones (N70, 73, 93, 72, 71 and 80)
- its user-friendly interface
- it does not hang (if unwanted messages/files are erased)
- its sleek and stylish design
however, it also has it's own disadvantages like:
- the back casing easily get scratched by the leather case that comes along with the package
- fingerprint marks and smudges are very conspicuous so you have to wipe and clean the screen everytime
- it easily gets scratched so you have be careful not to drop it.
overall, its a great phone and it's worth the money you pay for. :)

Most of the applications came on the memory card which was packaged with the phone. Did you get that memory card with it ? It's a 128MB memory card. If you didn't get that memory card then you wouldn't have those programs. Let me know and if you didn't get the SD card then I will e-mail all of the apps. to you.

I got 6300 used and there is no applications insulled. wher gcan i get just basic all., like converter and est.? thanks

I know what I'm doing, I'm familiar with cell phones. The message settings is 15th place in my phone too, the sub-menu TEXT MESSAGES have NO option for delivery reports.

I guess u r lookin in the wrong place.Go to menu
Messages-Message settings (15th option in my 6300)-Text messages there u have an option for delivery reports.
I guess me and ghost when we choose the message settings option have
General settings
Text messages
Multimedia messages
Email messages

Mate thats not that gr8 i guess me and ghost have the option, in the same palce.. now did u try enabling the deleivery option in mUltiledia, and did u check the results.

Hmmmm Yeah ! il buy 6300 when the price drop's abit more when it gets abit cheaper right now here in the UK 6300 cost's £100 and when the new 6301 comes im sure the price of 6300 will DROP ! (i still have my 6233) that doesnt stop me from buying 6300 Best of Both World's :)

it seems nobody read my earlier post/opinion!!
anyhow now read this and help me out!
i am in grave need to convert the music videos (*.mp4,*.avi(non-divx)) to *.3gp
read the previous post of mine... u will definitely understand the problem...
(1.) what resolution of the video should i keep?
- 320x240 (since this is the display resolution of the phone as well)
or
- 176x144 or 176x220
(2.) What should be the video bit rate?
(3.) i guess, 15fps would be the correct video frame rate.
(4.) what aspect ratio should i set like 4:3 or 11:9?
(5.) As for audio bitrate;
if i use xilsoft video convertor it displays a range of (32-320 kbps)
using super video convertor it displays a range of (8-13kbps)
using total video convertor, i can select whatever i want
What audio bitrate should i select?? and should i select single channel (i.e. Mono sound)?
What audio codec should i select?amr_nb or amr_wb?

The funny thing is that when I go to 'Multimedia Settings' I see a delivery report option there. This is strange.
Another strange thing is that I just check the 'Delivery Report' folder and I see a delivered message in there. It has always been empty (despite me sending many messages until today).
I guess if I reinstall v5.00 the problem might be fixed BUT my phone came with v5.00 from the factory so I would rather let it stay, factory installed. I have heard some people complain about the # sign key losing the silent feature (when pressed for 2 secs.) . I fear if I manually reinstall v5.00 the same thing might happen to my phone. Stress! cho! man.

That is where I expected it to be but it's not there. My 6230 have it there.

greyed out)
5. Use Packet Data
6. Character support
I only see 6 options on mine.
I guess you both have 7 options.
I have reseted my phone on several occasions but it makes no difference in that department.
