Style is Beautifull , battery is not powerfull compare to other nokia phones

This phone look great, but when i want to buy it, the Salesman nicely let me know that, the 6300 when u talk long, the phone very fast getting hot, bcoz of the battery cover made of stainless steel.
He selling All kind of Nokia phone, why he want to lie me if i want to buy it that day!
I think the Salesman didn't lie to me!
Did u guys facing this kind of problem(6300 phone very fast getting hot)?

6233 is better than 6300 for use, but 6300 look s fashion.

Haiy guyz can any 1 tell me that which Nokia set is better & better & Better Nokia 6233,6234,6300 & tell me also in these sets how much capacity of Memory Card.
I m waiting plz.. help me I writing for the last 2 days but nobuddy will hwelp me plz.. help me.

6288 or 6300?
I own 6288 and my friend has 6300- reason to buy 6300 over 6288;
very slim & more stylish
even came with leather pouch and steel body.
One of the best mono loudspeaker around even better than se w850 and of course 6288
more colourful screen
if you prefer bar phone
Reason to buy 6288;
3g- video call, video on demand etc
slightly bigger screen dimension
if you like slider phone
better 2mp cam with flash and self potrait mirror.
Superior video resolution 640x480 vs ancient 176x144 in 6300
slightly cheaper
relatively bigger and more comfortable d-pad and keypad
Both almost equal in battery life ~max 3 days.
Also use almost the same s40 user interface.

Has anyone experienced echo problems using the Nokia CK-7W bluetooth carkit with the 6300? When using it people I call say all they can hear is there own voice and ask me to ring them using another phone? I had this problem years ago with the 6310i and there were numbers that I keyed into the handset that stopped it. Any suggestions?

can this phone be charged through usb cable and can it sync with mac computers? can only transfer pictures at the moment. can anyone help out with this and thanks in advance.

to be honest, i'm really liking this phone (apart from the less then brilliant camera but hey, it's a phone!) but am finding battery life to be pretty cack. worse than my samsung d600e, even. what are people getting out of their batteries? i'm recharging every two days and i don't exactly use mine all that much.

Just bought it 2 days ago.Wonderful phone.It's my 3rd nokia,i also used SE,Panasonic and Samsung but i don't want any other phone except nokia now!

Very nice phone. Much better than the bulky 6233 which wasnt a worthy successor to the 6230i. This phone, however, comes close. I wish they would redesign the keypad along the lines of the 6230i, since it is the only annoying design feature on this phone. Cant wait for a successor to the 8310.

Just got firmware update V. 4.71
Cant see any additional functionality from V. 4.20. Any idea whats improved/changed?

I've been using this phone for about 2 weeks now. Its a stylish phone. Briliant colors, screen is wonderful. and keypad easy to use. The problems are battery timings, average Camera and no stereo Speakers.
If it is compared with nokia 6233, then i would say that its more stylish, no doubt about it but lacks video quality and stero speakers of 6233.

T have to choose between 6300 & 6288, somone can advice me honestly plz? I read all this opinions about 6300 & it seems that it has problem of batery!!thanks!!

I am rather disappointed,just got this phone as an upgrade and have returned it today.
It really is the most plain and ordinary phone, it's like turning the clock back to a Nokia of five years ago !!
No wonder service providers are apparently so desperate to give it away as your next contract phone !

Stunning phone. Atlast a phone from nokia i like, the others are to big. My battery last me atleast 2 days but can go for 3. Im a sales rep and talk alot on my phone. Go buy one now.
