have managed to successfully fit a BL5C 1020ma battery into this phone and gives around a third more life than the 840ma BL4C hope that helps someone

i use this mobile, so i can say that it is a good mobile, i saw a defect that this mobile can't run mp4 videos...

phone is good in alll respect except battery which is max i day on avarege use
little problem with file format not support in real player

Hi, I just thought I had to say this because I am amazed: I had a 6300 and used it until around 3 months before christmas. After that I bought a samsung i780 and forgot about the nokia. 2 days ago I found it, pulled it out of its cover and it was still on with 1/2 battery! just thought it was interesting....

zara 4m Pakistan (qu, 11 May 2009fully rough model, i m da user of it currently, 2 much irri... moreive had this phone for about 6 months now and its pretty good. the sound is a little quiet through the speakers but thats alright coz i user headphones mostly. its real slow sometimes around the music play coz i have just under 2gb of music. everynow and then it turns itself off, but not quite to the extent where i can turn it back on. i dont know what happens but maybe it has something to do with dropping it. ive dropped it many times and besides turning itself off(which it hasnt done so in over a month) nothing happens. i dont really have any problem with battery life coz i charge it nearly every night and i listen to music a lot.
good phone. ;)

Using this phone since part six months.. As far as I'm concerned, the only drawback regarding this phone is its battery backup. I'm a heavy gprs user, and get about 1-2 hours on a full charge. The external speaker has low volume, but that doesn't matter since music is meant to be listened through earphone. Its display is simply superb. Phone memory is low, but can be dealt by moving the themes, ringtones etc from phone memory to micro SD. Have deleted the widsets to free up space. I keep about 4MB phone memory free. And lastly, I backup my micro SD, format it and restore it again every month. Do it, you'll feel the difference. Oh forgot to tell you, I've about more than 200 games and 120applets on the phone... Esp the Pdf viewer, mobi explorer, RSS reader, ebuddy , nimbuzz, and mobiexplorer... Google for this stuff.

its a great phone,the picture resolution is sweet,its rado is good too,i even use a 2g memory card which serves me better.Thumps up for NOKIA

That's why this phone belong to java platform, we just can add java apps. S60 use opened operating system, some ppl called it like smartphone. You know what? Till now no viruses infecting java phones, n u will not lose ur data or break ur phone system just becoz there's a virus in ur java phones. Till now, virus creator concern on creating virus for symbian s60, even s60 v3.1 is still safe from virus. I dont know, maybe in the future they will create virus for symbian l8est edition, windows mobile, blackberry or even java. Just beware"

Well I had mine for over 17 months now, and its been grate...droped it many times and once in the Toilet! and still going, so can't complain.
