I'm hoping to buy this. But my carrier doesn't list this device as a supported 4g volte device. Does this mean I can only use 2g/3g calls with my carrier? No 4g calls?

Keys register extra clicks. Typing is a hassle, I stopped using it. Now it just a brick with wifi hotspot.

Can any one knows how to fix double click issue in nokia 6300 4g. Basic typing problem some times it register 2 click if I click once. Pls help me out.

The only downside of 225 is no Whatsapp but I don't use much so I don't really care

Got this phone online In February 2022. I should have read the reviews on Reddit and GSMArena before purchasing it. It has the following issues:
-4G not working properly
-Randomly switched the reading from 4G VoLTE into “3G/2G GSM” despite using a 4G SIM card from AT&T
-Terrible battery life (but this is associated with almost every feature phone made after 2018, I’m 99.9% sure KaiOS is to blame for that)
-Key input issues, will randomly detect two keystrokes from one press, making any task very tedious
-Bloatware apps that cannot be uninstalled
-Updates have to pretty much be OTA, as KaiOS doesn’t bother with updating a phone after 6 months from its release, they one-and-done the software
-No volume buttons
-Cannot power on by using the end key, even though that is standard for any phone with a 4x3 physical keypad and other buttons
-Cannot use more than 8GB MicroSDXC/HC to expand the already minimal storage
-Notifications are erratic, and basically come in when the phone decides it wants to display something
-Phone frequently freezes
-Cannot get an updated browser, most websites say “This browser is out of date and cannot function for this site”
-Keyguard does not work properly; the phone doesn’t want to turn on when I want it to, but it has no issue in pressing buttons in my bag and draining its own battery life
-Takes random screenshots and sends multiple notifications that the screenshot “was saved to photos”
-Videos don’t appear from SD card despite it being in the correct format and small size
And so many more issues.
I tried messaging Nokia and HMD global, tried getting a refund, tried sending the phone back, I wrote a review (that they took down because it makes them look bad), but nothing is helping.
I think Nokia needs to make their own operating system for their feature phones again and stop relying on KaiOS, which has so many issues and a lack of support.
The original 6300 from 2006 had better specifications than the 2020 remake.
I miss the Nokia 3310 (2017) as it had its own operating system, but I had to ditch it due to the unfortunate shutdown/sunset of the 3G and 4G LTE (non-VoLTE/VoWi-Fi) by AT&T on 02-22-2022.
Honestly I hope Nokia does better in the future.

There should be a class action lawsuit brought against Nokia for selling JUNK like this! All they want is your money with little or no customer support! It would be nice is they had someone who was fluent in ENGLISH!

I purchased this Nokia 6300 phone in January 2022. It constanly had to recharged, Keys are to close together have to use a stylus and you better not spend more than a microsecond cause it will read out multiple numbers.two short falls of 6 inches or less caused it to be totally inoperable.. I called Nokia and they could not give me a phone store in state where I could have it checked out by a nokia dealer, I was told by Miguel at nokia i could send it it but there would be a charge .If its a Nokia don't buy it made in Vietnam. I would buy a boxcar of them even if they paid me to take it. Pure Junk and if you buy it your on your own!
