Downloading latest firmware does not resolve resetting problems. Items must be saved to phone memory and not memory card SOB SOB

Mine just went dead cant turn it back on. It vibrated for while then went dead!!!

Both my back cover & slide are perfect, no probs my end

Most of them are not evenly balanced , the first one i saw was not balanced , both the backcover did'tn sit right on one side and the bottom right side was a little elevated , but then another handset from the same stored proved else , it was great! except it has a slight gap between the phone and the backcover ,seems to be a problem with all.

Hi owners of 6500 slide! I just have a few questions before I buy this phone.
1. Is the sliding mechanism of good built/quality?
2. Does the keypad get scratched when sliding the phone open?
3. I heard that the profiles, ringtones etc. go back to default settings by itself...is this true?

can anyone else tell me if there right hand side of the hanset is not in line? Basically the top half of the phone that slides up over hangs the bottom half by about 2mm, to the right hand side. Its only on this side and not the left hand side it just seems like the dimensions are out. Please comment if this is the same with all 6500 slides or if i need to exchange my one.

the major problem i see in this phone is that when u are using the internet u cant use another function such as reading ur messages ect

75% of all ur questions can b found in the instruction manual.
So stop asking stupid questions & spend some time 2 read the manual.

looks great but doesnt has a pencil button but i am sure all the functions of that button can be carried out by '*' and '#' button as it is in my nokia5700 express music so dont worry about this.

is the secondary camera at the front only for video calling? is it possible to capture my own picture using it? can any 1 tell me how?

yo gsmarena pips...im having issues w/ txt messaging on this phone..it keeps resending my txt and people get my msgs 3-5times and my msgs just keep sitting there at the outbox and are being resent all over again...PLS. HELP!!! i already checked and my phone software is the latest version..i already tried powercycling the phone also

Hey guys , there seems to be a problem with my phone , after i get out of video recording my screen light does not swith coff , i have to switch of the hadset and restart it , and then everything's normal again , could anyone help me out here ?

its the top right hand corner button to cancel a letter etc (lite up blue)

When writing a text message, where is the key to cancel a mistake or erase a letter/word? I can't see this anywhere on the phone. Thanks

You have to go to the time/date settings & set the GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) to coincide with your time zone.
