I use my themes i had from my 6300 an 6131 that i downloaded from various sites wap xana an nth i just went on google an tapped in 6131 themes (mobile web) from choices they fit screen perfectley

Great phone bought mine handset only its great fantastic screen love the new music player theme ill hold onto this phone for a long time

I have not noticed any other lags other than the slide answer to answer call about 3 seconds.

another 6500 slide related question...
aside from the lag when opening the slide when answering a call (as i've read) are there other lags with the UI of the 6500 slide?
for example, my n73 lags a lot whenever i receive a sms. when i open the sms, it would take around 4 seconds for it to fully load. anyone experiencing long load times when opening a sms you just received? or lag in opening other applications and functions of the phone?

yea. the phone pad is kinda weird. my old nokia phones also had the same problem. but when you unlock the phone, isnt it press unlock and ok not unlock and *?

Hi guys.
Are there other themes that we can d/l for this model? Or are we subjected to those default themes that came with the phone?
Are we able to save our messages in the memory card? My previous N73 was able to do that.

Umm after writing the message below, I managed to unlock it no problem!!! What is going on??? Could it be its Halloween tonight??? This is such a great phone otherwise!!!!

uh no its happening again. I have the phone sitting on the desk for one day, and its locked up again. I can press the centre button to unlock but pressing * doesnt unlock the keypad!!! Now I realised at time Id like to dial manually it will not register the number 0 evertime I keep pressing the keypad!!! ANyone experiencing this? How can I fix this? The only way is to remove the battery!!!

the battery life so weak ! only 1.5 days and barely using it , the k810 camera is way much better , but is design is amazing and so is the sliding mechanism , please nokia learn how to make better batteries !! , and the k810 camera is way much better

the secondary camera cannot be used as this is only set up for umts/video calls, so if you dont have a 3g sim or video calls set up you wont ever be able to check it which is annoying, i hope future software updates correct this, shame to waste a whole camera. the picture attachment when u recieve a text is cool but the coolest thing is setting a video for the caller, record a video of a contact and set this to caller, so when they ring their video comes up, its hillarious, brilliant feature.

hi. i was wondering if anyone can teach me how to use the front camera? is it only for conferencing or can it be used to take pics as well?

You have to go to contacts & add a pic to each mobile number from there, then when you recieve a text from that contact the pic will show up as well as there name, just like when recieving a call. If you can't find how to do it let me know & i will help you.
