I've read the Specs but it could be mistaken !
Take a look at Nokia website sunny.
If so u can have d900 for have the price with better video recording (CIF).
I think VGA recording is uncommon on cells.

My god...doesn't anybody bother to read the specs???
It has VGA video, while the video conferencing is QCIF.
@Ana....the price will be around $500.00 US.

I read on NOKIA website it has QCIF video capturing.Is that true or VGA?

This fon will go head to head with Sony Ericsson K770.
So, lets see who comes up with the fon 1st.
Who's marketing strategy will entice the Middle market (between smart fon and cheap fon)
Who has trick up their sleeves... ;p
Who will offer extra perks for the fon.
Who will tie up with cellular provider.
Who's teritory is it? Who's is it?

Not long now to see Nokias new releases on the 29th August in London an hope the 6500 slide is released immediatly after that ,i always get emails from www.mobile-review.com an theres the other webpage to check mobiles being released an superb reviews they are very honest an really make you decide if you get the mobile you like,thats were i found out about the Nokia N95i an even made me buy a Black fascia set of Ebay to make my N95 look abit like it

The phone will probably be released in the next 3 weeks to 1 month.
I would rather have the phone s40. If it was s60 I would not buy it because there are many, many, many, many nseries s60 phones out there. i just want a FAST menu s40 phone that looks great and has good camera and build quality. Even if the phone had 360 mhz processor, s60 would still RUIN this phone. maybe if they released 2 versions, 1 s40 and 1 s60, THAT would be ok. but i already have a s60 phone.

This phone really has it all.The only thing missing is the S60 FP1 OS with the 369Mhz processor.No lags,just pure enjoyment.

The Nokia N80 battery is "Lithium Ion 820 mAh (BL-5B)". Over 192 hours in standby and 3 hours for talking.
The Nokia 6500 Slide, my favorite ;), use "Lithium Ion 900 mAh" battery. Over 320 hours in standby and 6 hours for talking.

i say big-ups! nokia............ in my opinion best phone by far, bt then again we all have not so similar tastes.... can't wait to get my hands on this one.

You're right RP....Sea-Breeze can't read.
The battery is a 900ma. It has a 6 hr. talk time.
People should check their facts before trying to discredit a product.

the n80 does NOT have the same battery. the 6500 is 900 mAh. do you people even read? correct me if i'm wrong.
i plan on using the 6500 for GSM only so i'll happily take the 6 hour talk time.

Dam it .. the battery is veryyy poor the same of the N80 last only for 12hours if u r lucky!!! don't ever think of getting it
