Hi Marvin
I believe that there is no "better" phone.
In my eyes i think the 6500 slide is a better phone than the 6110 Nav. As the features of the 6500 suit me better, where as the next person might say 6110 nav is a better phone as it has the features they want.
It comes down to the individual...
I guess u just need to add up what you're looking for in a phone...
For me its the 3.5mp camera with optical zoom, as im a bit of a photo nut..lol
But none the less the 6110 nav is a great little phone too.

A good phone but not much... maybe the 6500 slide is better!

Who told you that the Slide mechanism sucked? It is the exact opposite. The reviews say it is the best slider nokia has ever put out.
It slides up&down effortlessly. It will be the nicest Slide phone in the S40 series.

BTW.....you are dead wrong. This is the best Nokia phone offered in the S40 series.

The 6500 will not be released in USA. you have to import it. It will work on ATT and Tmobile, any GSM provider.
The n73 is a symbian smartphone, and yes it is very nice. its is also candy bar style. but it has advanced features and OS which are nice if you use that. You can multi task, run multiple apps simultaneously, etc. install your own apps to expand the phone. the 6500 is a more simple phone that does what its supposed to, and fast. i already own a symbian smartphone from nokia, and dont use much of the features like office, word, excel documents, adobe, etc. so the 6500 is fine for everyday use. you wont need anything more unless you are an advanced power user.

Budy N73 and 6500 are 2 diferent stories N73 is symbian(smatrphone) and 6500 is clasic nokia software S40(updatet)version, N73 it has very good advanset tehnologies(most of them are useless) it's good phone but the performance are weak it's rather slow, the 6500(my favorite) it's also very good phone it has titanium case it has everything you need simple and fun(bluetooth 2.0 A2DP new media player radio whith RDS 3G...what do you need more) and supports up to 4GB memory slot both have 3.15 mpix but are not the same, N73 has a lot beter(it has diferent setings)

such a beatiful phone, but i'd like to know wich one is the best!

The Sony Ericsson K770 isnt even quad band. and it is larger form factor than the 6500 slide. Also it only has a 262k color screen vs 16 million on the 6500. It also only has 2.5 hours talk time on 3G. and the screen is only 1.9 inches. i'll take the 6500 slide anyday over the SE. am i missing something?
