Anonymous, 15 Apr 2010my memory card cannot detect by my phone , just because i i... moremine is just like u.but it is bcoz i do mms for long time and the battery become hot. the housing is made from stainless steel, so it became bent/crooked at behind. and there is a little steel at behind cover and the function is to sensing whether the cover is at the place, so that it start to detect your memory card. try to bend it back just a little.its work for me.try it.gud luck!

Hi..! I hv been using ths for 6 mnths nd loving it. I am facing no prblm with my cell.
Hey can any1 tell me hw to mute the camera sound.mine is hungary made nd there is no option to turn off the sound in camera settngs. So what can i do guyz...If any1 knows plz tell me.

The battery drains faster especially when you restart your phone or playing music at a louder volume. It has no ongoing call duration display when you are making a call. I just updated my software to version 10.0. Just a small flaws but i love this phone.

I hv been using it for 6 mnths nd having no problm.
Bt i m worried about camera sound bcz i m unable to turn off camera sound as there is no option like this in camera settings(mine is hungary made). Wht can i do??? Otherwise i hv got 28mb internal memry. 8mb extra.hehehe

Really nice phone but if u live in pakistan then its not suitable also if your name is Tayyab then its really not good for you. otherwise cell is nice and good.
Its design is normal, size is over, weight is heavy and lot of other features like this.

nicest phone i've ever had. i've been using it for a year and it is OK. i love the elegant design (mine is black color)
the bad thing is that it's a bit heavy and easily broken if u drop it. i often drop by phone unintentionally but thank God i keep it safe by using leather case:) so it's overall good

c2k, 03 Mar 2010have been using my 6500 slide for about 2 years without any... moresattled my nokia 6500s cannot read memory card problem - my brother took my phone to his friend's shop to check the phone and found out that the battery is the cause of this problem.
it seams that the battery has blotted and expended causing the memory card area to be effected and the rear cover cannot be closed perfectly. after installing/replacing with a new battery, the memory card can be read.
will be using back my 6500s soon after my brother test it for another week or two, really love this phone and will keep on using it as long as possible, cheers.

khaled, 28 Mar 2010plz Bardock can you tell me where is that wire I cant find itfor memory card reading problem: when you take off rear cover, the memory card connection wire is located just to the right of the camera lens (between camera and memory card slot). this solution definitely works (i'm a phone dealer so i know)
