I've been using it for over a year now and everything is fine. I also accidentally dropped it for several times and there's no problem. (one problem is, it could break a tile on your floor.) I have no problem with gprs, I can browse with no problem, I just never been able to play youtube. Nothing could be worse! If you really have the nerve to buy something like this, you should be free three days a month to reinstall software! Forget about reading from memory card! This an unattainable option

I have had the 6500 for over a year and had to reinstall software three times. Make sure you back up info to your computer regularly. Two other workmates have same phone and not one has said there has been no issues, all waiting for contract term to end.
Used to hae ericcsons and looking at going back!

phones crap took it out of box and it fell to bits and all that was left in my hand was the sim card port.

I bought this phone by Feb 2008. When it got released.
Till now its working exceptionally well, except very few issues. Whenever i get angry i use to throw the phone,but till now its working.Thanks Nokia

dude the phone is so awesome...mine is the hungary made one..never had a problem with it except for the phones general short battery life. otherwise its really awesome..especially the camera..and it is a very sexy phone

Over a year on this device continues to set the standards for build quality in this market segment. Add to that that it has a very competent camera on board and a generous feature set and it is easy to See why its successors, the 6600 slide and the new 'I' version have had a difficult time improving on this excellent fashion feature device. Who needs to spend 10 times on a Vertu when you can have this type of assembly quality and feature set on a device that is less than £200? Recommended if you can still get hold of one and don't require wi fi.
