i've got it, i love it, its all i need and expect from a phone. it is cute and romantic and classy.i hope to relish and cherish it for qute a long while.

Had this phone for over a year now, not particular great phone, been having a few problems with it, having spoken to couple of mates who has it as well their experience with it was not great either – the word “annoying” kept coming up in conversation.
Good bits:
* Looks good
* Like the slide feature
Bad bits:
* Too heavy and bulky
* Screen randomly fading in then out for no reason when navigating through the menu/phonebook
* Whilst making a call, it randomly cuts off (- happens when convo goes on for more than 20mins)
* Phone constantly freezing when using any function like camera, phonebook calendar (had to remove battery and re-insert to resume normal function again [the off button didn’t even work])
* Storage space not great
* Battery life is annoyingly short!!!!!! whether you make calls or not!!! Have to charge the damn thing almost every day!!!!!

I have friends who have one and it has broke multiple times.
But mine hasn't broken once, and I love it.
It has everything you need Blue tooth, MP3, large display, Awesome Camera.
I highly recommend this phone.

i have this phone currently and i can honestly say its the biggest stress in my life.
constantly breaks, freezes, battery wont last a full day and wont read the memory card!
i took it to a phone shop and they fixed it, and since all the problems have returned.

emc, 06 Apr 2009erm...how good is this phone?? im looking to buy one and i... morei work at a phone store and this is most possibly the worst phone that i have ever sold or used i wouldn't recommend this phone unless you want problems for the next year

Its a nice phone, nice to use, has an excellent camera and great flash for dark environments. however, there is a known defect with the memory card. it constantly loses contact which means if you have any active themes/ringtones etc stored on the card then your settings will keep reverting to default. its very annoying as the constant "removing-and-inserting" effect of the loose contact slows the phone down dramatically. to me this defect overpowers all the good features, not a good buy...

I have nokia 6500s for a year and its amazing. i never faced a problem. i cant understand how some say that ist's not a good phone and that the keys are broken or they are having problems. its all up to the user. I through it douzent of times and its still perfect!!!

i love this phone... and he camera is amazing even i saw 3.2 mp in other phones of nokia but i found its better than others....

Can somebody tell me how is camera cuz its Carl so should be good cuz i used to have iphone n 2megapixel camera was good now i got nokia 5310 n camera is sh*tty so i was thinkin how is this one cuz sceen is preatty big n it has LED plz 3.2 MP not bad anybody wonna share their experience plz

SUPRIYO, 02 Apr 2009i am using the phone but it's not a good phone....itz a really cool phone but switchez off automatically which is very annoying...one more thing dat annoyz me iz dat it stuckz in da middle while uzing though itz only da svnth month i've been uzing it.

I have Nokia 6500 slide black ! and i am very happy with it !! i think , i made the best choice ! the photos, made with it , are the best ! (carl zeiss lens) The design it's great !! i am all the time, in step!! with this phone ! :X i love it ! :X:X
