Well, this is one of the best phones Nokia has ever made.The only disadvantage I came across is that the interface is a bit slow, but thats understandable, considering that its a SmartPhone. Long Live Nokia!!

do u think 6600 is a surround stereo type model which gives 1500 watts...
that too it doesn't have a inbuilt mp3 support...
we need download the software.....
never buy 6600.....

well..
i ur phone shoots trouble here is way to format phone.
PRESS *7370#
the phone will ask u to formate the press yes after 15 min it will be done and u wil get ur phone right.
BUT REMEMBER-
1-battery should be full,better pluging in charger in doing so.
2-put ur memory card out,if u want ot format MMC then do it before formatting the phone.

use power mp3 it sounds better than ultramp3.as sound hav mono speaker thats is why its sounds low.

The mp3 sounds are soft because the phone by itself does not support mp3, although it can be made to play by 3rd party means. This is also the reason why mp3 ringtones are not supported .

i had this phone for more than 1year now and so far i had no problem with this unit. nokia6600 is a great phone. i recommend it to ALL nokia users eventhough it is an old phone but still it has features that compares to the latest phones of today.

yes it can read pdf files, word excel, powerpoint ebooks, zip, flash and i dont know other files

why at this phone the mp3 sounds are so soft? i mean... it can`t give the mp3 sound loudly and clear... i use ultramp3.... can someone give me a reply?

Guys it doesn't matter which phone u r useing, if u'll take care of ur phone it will go long. So use a phone as a phone, not as a football.
I m useing mobile phones from 4 years and one of my phone is 4 years old. and belive me its still woking really great. I never need to go to service center for it.

A very gud handset.I used it for almost 2 yrs.All the softwares are installed pretty easily.Smart movie,ultra mp3,photosafe etc.But now it lacks in the camera and sound as now a days better phones are there in the market....
