nokia 6600 is good phone. it is pocket computer. i know its most of functions but i don't know that how can i copy my messages on my SIM card or other device which i put in my phone memory.please any body tell me that how can i do this. i shall b thankfull

hi
does anyone know what modification i could bring to the system so that demo versions of applications dont remember the date when they were installed? im talking about camcorder 2 software, ive used it 4 a while n now it asks me for a key n i cant record without it... i really like the program n i wish i could still use it... plz help

attention!!!!
im quite suprise to read in this forum that there is no way to used mp3 as ringtone....whoever post it here is a liar...true liar..u dont even know anything but still wanna give opinion to someone else...its ashame..i felt pity to those who were new user of our great fon nokia 6600...yes..our fon can play mp3 and even ogg file as mp3..whoever want the software and the solution..mail me..i will guide u all..really its works..its works just fine to me..i have been using this for 6 months now...email me..

is there any facility in this set that if some one want to call me on my mobile but i can't recive his call.means i don't want to get his call on my mobile.i can call him but he can't make any call to my mobile.

While using the pc suite,which adaptor(infrared or bluetooth)should be used on the pc to connect the pc with the phone?

No Ali there is NO cable for 6600... just look at the manual. sorry.

there is no cable for PC, you need a bluetooth dongle to connect to your PC.

Upgrading the firmware version will be done perfectly at authorised nokia service centres.

Where and how do i upgrade my phone to the newest version? Do i need to upgrade my phone in order to use pcsuite?

Upgrading the firmware will be done well at authorised nokia service centres.Also the internal 10 sec video recorder can be upgraded to unlimited by them.Mp3 quality is not so excellent but it will be good to hear.

I have the older version of this phone. How and where can i upgrade my phone so i can use pc suite to download mp3 and camcorder? Does the mp3 sound good on this phone? Thanx

This was my first symbian phone. I had used 2 samsung models before it & 2 nokias also.
Initially I got this phone only for its camera, bcoz it had the best quality camera at that time in 2004.
And in the begening i was very confused, as the operations were quite different from series 40 phones.
But after a few days, I got hooked onto it. Just loved it.....there are so many programmes I could install in it. It just became a mini PDA for me. I had clicked more than 500 pics with it.
Only minus points it had was no radio & an extremelly buggy PC suite.
On sound fronts, the voice clarity was best i had ever experienced & network strength was great. However the speaker was low, and that was a lil irritating.
Eventually I sold this in end of 2005 for Nokia 7610, the megapixel camera was too much to resist ;)
