hope the nokia company would consider relaunching the 6610... but with some few added features that are very useful these days. or kahit bluetooth lang sana, solve na solve nah... i rily rily love this fone. bluetooth nlng talaga ang kulang. okay lang kahit wlang camera.. still prayin' an improved version of this model will come out real soon! im such a nokia fanatic you see... and i must admit i rily love the 6610..

Can anyone post A of following Q?
1. What is the latest firmware version of Nokia 6610? I have ver.5.65 now.
2. Is it possible 100 Text Templets add in Nokia 6610? I have 10 Text Templets and 10 Picture Templets now.

i'm agree with most of the comments..
a really really reliable phone, conservative design, built with excellent quality of chrome, good feature at its time and it's even still comparable with some of the new nokia phones at this time..
i have used it for more than 5 years, and i have no complain at all for this phone, like the others said, best phone i ever had, thx 6610..!

Best phone I ever had, it is a pity Nokia don't make anything as good any more. I could talk on it all day without the battery going flat, it never had "software" problems, just so reliable. I still have my old battered one as a back up. I have "tried" a few different models since and still dream of the days of the 6610i.

i want 2 activate gprs on my 6610.
which data cable is used 2 connect it with PC.
DKU-5 or CA-42...???
n i also want GPRS settings.can u send me a reply.........if u dont mind

i am a proud owner of this phone, the best phone ever! ive been using this phone for more than 5 years and no complaints about it. the size is just right, the keypads is so friendly to my hand/thumb, still working thought i dropped it for so many times, so easy/simple to use and durable. great value for money.
i still dont have plans of buying a new one until my phone surrenders and quit to function. im still waiting for a phone with same size and keypads as this.

very good compact and light phone. no overloaded features. very useful calender and phonebook. very good display with soft coloured icons. the icon for messages is very imaginative and original, which i admire most.

Its a rock solid phone. i am using this phone for the past 4 years. It is a phone with classic design, robust to use and good value for money.

A brilliant FONe to own. i am owning one from 5 yrs and dont want to change it as it work consistently though it doesn't have modern day facilities

Best phone. I have it with over 4 years. Have just changed the cover and its like a new phone all over again. Pity this model never came out in bluetooth. If it had i would be the first to buy it. Who want mp2, cameras etc. Go get a ipod or canon for that

Greatest phone I've ever owned. Better than any phone available today. I don't want an MP3 player, I don't need a PDA, give me a small phone that works consistantly and has a clear screen and I'm happy, this WAS that phone. Why they don't make a smaller or lighter version of this phone today is beyond me.

This is the best fone for me because of its design, its CLASSIC, the size is just PERFECT, the weight, and performance. I'm so contented with this fone, I just use this for Calling and SMS. How I wish NOKIA would continue making fone like this! This fone is perfect for ME! I feel so lucky to have this SIMPLE but very USEFUL fone. God Bless All.

i using this for a couple of year and no complaint about that.. but i planning to switch on the phone which has a 3G capability co'z a lot of phones here in our country are using it right now...

An excellent model which can never be replaced and i feel very pity towards nokia group for stoping such a wonderful model if it is again relaunched with some latest features i will be first person to buy the model thank u for giving me this oppurtunity

i've been using it for 4 years, and i can't complain.i like the look, and it works well.I changed the battery(because i like to listen to the radio!), and cover (tired of black colour!) once, and it's OK.I like the design most, it's a pity that Nokia doesn't produce the phones of this quality and design anymore

i fail to understand why did nokia discontinued such a nice model.
i sincierly request the company to relaunch the phone with same specifications as before but should add bluetooth v2.0
