hi 6630 users... i have tried to upgrade my firmware (V5.03.08) by visiting the nokia site but the application says my firmware is up to date... but iv read that someone has v6 firmware... do i have to reinstall the firmware as advised by the firmware updater of nokia? pls help...

easiest way is use a card reader. hardest is to reinstall all applications installed on your memory card.

any antivirus will do.
norton antivirus is good but it slows your phone and i've haven't tried the effectiveness of its auto protect but it can really clean infected phones(tried on commwarrior). i've heard that kaspersky and daxx's disinfector is good but havent tried it.
using an antivirus could save your phone from skull.

hey first u ned to do is format ur card by inserting it in a card reader then format ur phone by *#7370#

Thans a lot to the forum to help me choose a phone like Nokia 6630.It's an really amazing wonder machine.I will advice everyone to buy this great phone at this amzing rate to offer such nice features and above all it is far better than sony phones if you listen the sound quality of its stereo headphone.It's superb.

hey guys..i just got a virus-trojan called SKULLS.I think that is infected only the card becoz when i put in the card i cant do a thing becoz of virus,when is not on the phone is ok.And i wonder how can i format my memory phone or my card.With cable-date or somethin?plz some1 answer.

it`s been 2 or 3 days dat i`m using nokia 6630
i think it`s really nice one as it it faster than i hav already used

try bringing your phone to a authorized repair center. i think its hardware, or you can try to reset your phone. but i really think it about your hardware

I had an N90 and y came back to an 6630 and i think the second its 3classes up in front.This one has nice touching feeling.What can i say..Its a real phone..
