yah this is true u can install 6630 music edition into old 6630 but u cannot upgrade old 6630 from 512 rs dv mmc card to 1 gb rsdv mmc
how u do it hahah u need new 6630 for high capacity rs dv mmc cards

There is no reason to get the nokia 6630 music edition. just install another mp3 player and there. ur music edition, haha. there is no difference. haha. but if u want quality music. then get an i pod. haha. have a nice day.. anything please e mail me at llamtk@hotmail.com.

I personally think that the design for this phone is the best amongst all of Nokia's Symbian smartphone range. I personally use a 6600 and hope to God that I can change to a 6630 soon before it becomes too outdated. But I keep hearing so many negative reviews about the phone's performance that I'm getting a little nervous frankly. Maybe I shouldn't upgrade so soon and wait for something more advanced, like the Nseries.

Ive seen a few of my friends using this phone , some of them are happy and some or not too happy about it. as i have read below the opinions, it goes the same, can someone explain about :
1) RAM in the cellphone?
2) Symbian system,how is its performance in the 6630?
3) Camera performance ( does it have a macro mode and flash? )

Hello Everyone.. i got this mobile a week back. its really wonderful.. the cam clarity is the best & the 6x zoom.. brightness & cont control in the cam. unlimited video recording with zoom..the ringtone supports wav&mp3 format... the MUVEE in this mobile is really useful to create MMS like this for ur special one...the battery was better that 6600...this fone is really good..

the little tiny glass on the top right is the light sensor that will make the keypad's light turn off automatically if there is enough light,and will auto turn on the keypad's light if u r in the dark room,yeah this is a 3G phone,but it doesn't have an xtra camera in front u have to buy the camera stand at nokia dealer if u want to make a face 2 face call through 6630

plz help me coz i need to buy this mobile badly and i want to know its exact problems coz i heared that it has some problems in its software that may make it hangs or restart suddenly,is it true? and is it true that there is a programm that i can download to avoid such problem? and is there any other problems with it? and are its camera and video shootings really good or not? plz help me to know answears and if there is another phone having nearly the same price or little higher and is better??

I wanted to buy this phone.
Reason I didnt - ONLY 7MB OF AVAILABLE RAM.
It seems that new Symbian uses memory resources more aggressive than previous versions, so the real potential of 6630 when multitasking is about is even under 6600. I was very interested in emulation (MAME etc.) but then I read on EEMAME developers page that: "Nokia 6630 and Nokia 6680. These models, surprisingly, have a bit less free memory than earlier Series 60 phones; therefore only Mini-E2MAME runs on these."
Everything else about the phone is great (200 MHz, camera...). But does it make sense?
Its like putting 64Mb Ram on Pentium IV with WWindowsXP.

how dyu get the WAP for the phone..every time i go on the net it says "Packet Data:Packet Data not available,Check Network services.." what does it mean??
