well it depends on where do you live... but try going to winchester, near debenhams there is a nokia service center there, you'll more than likely be able to buy that phone over there! cheers mate! oh, any comments bout the softwares im lookin' for just let me know! again cheers!

hi everyone! im planning to buy this phone... but is it really as good as you say it is? what are its pros and cons, please tell me before I buy this phone? and does anyone have a software for this fone to play mp3's into a ringtone? software for unlimited video recording & radio? i'll be takin' in sugestions... if you have any softwares stated above for this fone, kindly email me! thanks!

I do not know if you need a software to make 6630 to tune to FM radio. Sony Ericsson has got a handsfree which has a FM radio, so I can make my P800 to tune to Fm. I am sure Nokia has got one of these.

Hi i like this Phone very much. From every aspect But i only have a Question. i would be please if any one answer it
1)is it Possible to put some software on Nokia 6630 which would enable the Phone to Tune FM Radio???

It is a kick ass phone.No discussion about that.
If anyone knows how to change the setting to record sound clips of unlimited or user defined time please let me know.

If you want a perfect screen and camera,go for the SE s700i. its all about the phones mechanism and display.
If you want complete features,go for the nokia 6630.
If you want for a class and elite looking phone,now go for the samsund D500.

I do not think this phone is available anywhere in Asia. It maybe in some shops in Europe. SOmebody posted a message about 2-3 weeks back that it is available in India in Nokia shops. it is not true, they still do not have it. Its not available in Singapore either. They say hopefully it will come middle of January.

Hi i just bought the 6630 and compared it with my brothers se s700i. True the s700 has a 262k colour screen but when you transfer the pics to your pc you will be shocked to see that nokia comes out on top. Dont be fooled into thinking a 262k scren = better quality. i recently had a motorola E1000: 262K SCREEN, 1.3MP camera. Sounds good right...wrong. Terrible picture quality, returned it the same day. The only major difference in picture quality is the fact tha the s700 uses a CCD camera sensor which is used mainly in Japanese camera phones, where as the Nokia use s CMOS not so good but in the case of the 6630 is better than the s700. The 6630 could have had some more stuff added like exposure but if your really keen on good pics then go buy a camera you dummy. Overall you can argue as much as you want but its true with every phone in theis country nokia has always had the superior picture quality not only in stills but also video. The hot swap memory card slot on the side is perfectly situated. Could have done with a radio as headphones are provided with this phone. Also if you drop your phone every now and again, you can somtimes get away with it but with the S700 you cant beacsue the screen is stationary and trust me a new screen for that is an arm and a leg. Where as with the 660 the scree is protected by the outer cover which is replacable. Everyone bad talks nokia but the truth is they are on top oce again.They may not have gorgeous designs but you get used to that within a day of having a phone. Enjoy.....

6630 that can not play MP3 rigtone has something to do with the provider... i think O2 or vodaphone is the one doing this, they did the same with SE K700i and S710 something to do with DRM
open line 6630 does play MP3 ringtone very well, funny how stupid some people are easily commenting on something just because they are fanatics... mwhahaha... dummies

nokia f**tup.. keep on creating incomplete handphone. on 7610/6670 give us mp3 play back but mono , how are we suspose to make full use of this mp3 function ? 6630 to set polyphonic and mp3 play back is steero . i am a fan and supporter of nokia . now i have to think about it seriously .
