Hi all,
I noticed one more good feature in N6630 that if you reject an incoming call for whatever reason the phone sends an automatic SMS response to the caller; SMS must be preset.
I compared N6630 and SE-S700i today and I came to these conclusions,
Both the phones are good. however the SE-S700i image quality is not good at 4x/5x/6x/7x digital zoom.
I will rate these phone as follows,
Camera quality (75,70), Image appearance in phone (70, 80), Image quality when transferred to PC (80,75), refresh rate (60, 60), Video quality and Play back (80, 75), User friendly (85, 65), S/w stability (55, 50)//this will improve with later S/W versions//, features (depends on your requirements), sound mp3 (90, 60), sound miditones (65, 70), loudness (70, 75), internal memory access speed ( 85, 65), external card memory access (65, 90), GPRS ( I couln't check), cost ( acceptable, too high)
overall (85, 80)
-The marks are for 100 and the first in bracket is of N6630 and second one is SE-S700i.
This comparision I did with respect to Indian phones.

Hi Shane,
Nokia 6630 works with all reduced size memory cards operating at dual volt 1.5/3.0 volts or the RS-MMC operating at 1.5 volts, never with the RS-MMC which operates only in 3.0 volts and not even the SD-cards. I hope this gives you the answer.

anybody knows when will this phone launch in singapore ? i already seen display of this phone in many shops but many of them said this phone will be launching next year . some of them said this week and some of them say before this year on the christmas .. whici is correct and how much will it be anybody knows ? please reply me asap as i am waiting to get this phone like mad .

can anyone tell me when is the nokia 6630 launch at Malaysia and how much the cost will be??over 2k???i really like the phone..and i have been waiting the phone launching at malaysia for very very very long time already..so thanks to u who give me the answer...urgent...

To Unknown, nothing confusing about what Nokia Fan wrote. There'll be around 40 new phones in TOTAL, while around half of them will have megapix digicams.
To Kevin, there's no touch screen on the 6630

Guys, this phone is a crap.Nokia is a crap. Just wait a little, wait for the Siemens SX2 or other new phones from Nokia and Siemens but in the period of 2005 - 2006...The phones we have now in our hands are pieces of junk.Just rubbish....

Can anyones tell me did Nokia 6630 have Touch Screen. So the price of Nokia 6630 is how much in Malaysia and also when this phone will launch in Malysia. Pelase reply me if anyones know about this question.. THX U

Just played with the phone in the vodafone store slightly bulkier than the 7610 but still a fairly decent size.
My advise is wait until Orange launch the phone Jan-Feb as they are offering 50meg of free data whilst vodafone are offering nothing except £2.35 a meg outside of the vodafone live portal.

quite big but its nice.lots of funcion and i guess it shouldnt be that expensive thats gonna scare all the buyers like the 7710...hehe

i dont understand why people who dont know speak about this phone...
You buy a smarthphone not for its screen(wich is good) or camera(wich is very good) but for other things.Is it so difficult to understand?

Thanks for ur honest opinion. things work for and against the 6630. I dont know if i will be able 2 type this msg on it as i am doing it now on p800. moreover i want a good camera phone. Camera in P series sucks. P phones lack Edge. It has touchscreen, but it breaks. Can u let me know, if there will b prog. to download on 6630 as in P800.

i really cant stand liao. can u actually see the difference between 262k screen and 65k screen. well honestly i dont see much difference.....
