actually i wanna buy 1gb dv card. but its not yet available so im getting 512. i want high capacity card coz i dont like carrying my mp3 player seperately anymore n also dis phone's sound quality is really cool, n can be compared to any mp3 player(except i-pod). dats y im worried bout buying 512 coz ill be loading 450 mb of songs which might make my mobile slow..will it?? does it affects phones speed.

This is a good phone, I purchaged the same one months back. This morning I downloaded one application called Cobra chat. After downloading this application my phone gone in to auto reset and never booted again. I am sending this phone for repair. Suggest not to down load many software from untrusted suppliers.

no i m not using 512MB card,so i dont know whether its giving problems.my friends also dont hav 512MB.however 256MB is workin fine, and i thnk its really sufficient.if u r gettin good deal then y not go for local dealer anyway nokia priority dealers also dont give good service as u can see here in many posts.

EDGE is the technology inside the phone. It means the speed at which data can be read and transferred etc.
UMTS is basically the network (3g in this case). This means it can video call etc. and do video streaming subject to handset and country.

dude... i heard dat there r some faults wid 512 mb dv card..as its new... r u using 512 mb dv card. if yes.. then is it giving u anyproblems.. n also is it safe to buy 512 card from local dealer...

I was getting this message when playing pre-saved video files. My phone is only two weeks old and I havent used it much (havent taken any pic. or downloaded anything!). However, switching it off and turning it on worked, and it is playing the files now!

yeah,priority dealers always tell u MRP. d 256Mb card can b had for under 1000Rs.so u can easily guess that 512Mb shud at max go to 2000-2500 bucks.these prices were in pune,
in mumbai u will get even cheaper me thinks

yor phone hangs or display "no memory" cuz u dont exit ur apps properly, u just press d "end call" button at d ryt instead of going thru options/exit.
to kill the hanging apps install "taskspy"
its like the task manager u get on winxp if u go ctrl+alt+dlt
i also suggest getting FExplorer for deleting files that ur fone dnt recognize n dsnt show up in d apps manager and file manager.
be careful on installing apps on this phone.
alot of apps from old symbian phones dont work or just screw up your fone.
if anyone knows a site for 6680 apps, pls tell me

amol... wots d price of 512 mb (dv)card ? nokia priority told me around Rs.3,500/- in mumbai. is it available for less.. plz reply.

512 MB rs-mmc cards r avilable.6680 is superb but 6630 looks better and less cluttered

i've bought this phone 2 dayz ago..and now i have a little problem with my 6680.when i want to record a video,it shows "Camera already in use by an app."what this mean?can somebody help me?thanks!
