I bought the nokia 6680 two days ago, and i think it is one of the best phones on the market. The display is really good, and the mp3 player plays excellent music. In Hong Kong, I bought it for $4980, which is equivilent to British pounds about 332

Hi guys,
Got the 6680 and have been playing around with it for two weeks. No problems with it. Definitely one of the better Nokia phones out there.
As for the RS-MMC card, you cannot use any other RS-MMC card. It's some special RS-MMC. got to do with some voltage thing. I have no idea which one. You got to check with Nokia. Do not make the same mistake as i did!!!!!

If you want to be able to make video calls buy the 6680.
If you don't want to make video calls buy the 6630.

so wats up wif 6630 ... which is better 6630 or 6680?? i'm still in doubt.. some say 6680 is better some say totally opposite.

i wanna get a new cell and am desiding batween the nokia 6680 and the samsung d600 i heard the samsung camra is batter its a
2.0 px and the screen is batter and cheaper also but all see when it comes out and all make a choice batweeen them

I've bought the 6680 its a very good phone but the thing is tat the build is not solid enough. I had a 6630 its build is really good. This 6680 is too fragile but overall its a very good phone. No problem so far the only thing is i cant read the mmc in my mmc card reader. I know its a dv-rs mmc my 6630 mmc can be read by my mmc card reader but this cant. Anyone has any suggestion?

Finally decided to purchase N6680 from a shop, S'pore...Unfortunately, no stock as I heard from the officer said, most of the stock have been sent back to Nokia Company as first batch is problematic...
So it's not too late to have a 3G phone, make sure the phone u buy is worth it for the value u pay...I can wait for the more stable stock or model to come... :> Cheers

Erm what planet are you on? Of course it has mp3 ringtones! The screen brightness is as good IF NOT BETTER than the 6630 and it has the same instant messaging function too.
If you don't want video calling then stay with your 6630.

no instant messaging,no mp3 ringtones not as visibly bright screen and its dear so am sticking with my 6630.

i believe that this has push to talk am i right ? also this phone is the most complete phone that i have been looking for as it has symbian, video calling, video clip sharing, emulators, symbian 3d games etc. it may not have fm radio built in but you can buy the fm radio headset which you can plug into this phone to listen to fm radio and now there is also a gps accessory for this phone so this is the best nokia yet imo.
