I am a nokia user from iran as you know nokia has sold special devises to my countries government to spy our conversations
This is what they say:

So I won't buy nokia again,

I beg from nokia users all over the world please don't buy nokia
Please, please help us by selling your nokia phones and buy another brand, think that this is your own problem, what will you do?

horrible phone.
case gets covered in fingerprints.
barely got any functions to work.
does not work with isync.
usb cable is 2" long so if you plug into back of your laptop you can't see the phone.
user manual very little help.
nokia web site crashes each time when trying to download info.

Neither 2.5mm nor 3.5mm jack. It has micro usb slot for headphones. u can use converter 'micro usb to 3.5mm' jack.

I forgot to mention what is to me, a significant point. whenever I go through the phonebook, either to call someone or send a text, I often type in the first letter or two of the name to narrow the search, then select the name from the list. A lot of times I've selected the wrong one because the operating system is unresponsive and slow in this situation. Seems like a small point but it's difficult to get used to and a bug bear when you've switched from the great 6300.

Got the phone a couple days ago, build quality is pretty good, EXCEPT the fact that the battery is a little loose inside the phone, so you can really feel it moving around inside. The other major downside to this phone I've experienced already is the battery life - it's disappointing, with average use (a call and a couple texts every few hours) I'm having to already charge it every other day! both problems associated with the battery I guess. smaller point - fingerprints on the chrome make it look dirty! headphones that came with it aren't that good,
Other than that, the build quality is nice, call quality excellent. haven't yet experienced chrome peeling off - the cleft? it must be very small.
yeah the battery's terrible! knocks around inside and only lasts a day or two of average usage!

I currently have the Samsung U700 and have a problem with the chrome finish peeling off. I believe this is a common problem with this phone. Has anyone had a similar problem witn the chrome finish Nokia 6700?

Great review. This device is destined to sell by the bucket and its e series style build quality will appeal to many. Also it will perhaps unintentionally lead to s sharp fall in the sales of the arte and scirocco range given its luxurious design. Nevertheless, its price puts it up against some strong alternatives (both feature and smart phone). Within Nokia's range at its current price it goes up against the 6600/6600i slide and the N79 and the forthcoming E52. However, as does happen in this market, in Q4 2009 if the price drops it will probably be the best selling non touch screen mobile on the world market.

the gsm arena review says that.. there is a tiny cleft between the glass covering the display and the frame around it, is it true..plzzdo reply those who are having the phone....
