I agree bout keypad,its not to the quality of the 6300,its too noisy,feels cheap,and you can overlap from one key to another. Its a real shame cos its a great phone otherwise. Why couldnt Nokia have put a quality keypad on the 6700. Ive used Nokias for 12 years,never used a different make and I can safely say its the worst keypad ive used. The 6700 needed a quality keypad to match the quality of the 6300 keypad,but Nokia failed.

yes, there is an led notification light. it is around the d pad. you can set for how long it will appear.
you can also search for this feature on youtube. there is a video

Hey, can anyone tell me if theres a light that flicks on & off say if u get a txt or a missed call like the 6300 does?? I read a specification that said 6700 has an led light for when u recieve txt or missed call...

Sorry took a while to answer. Yeah they are all proper click buttons. I got mine for £25 a month on o2 for unlimited texts and 600 mins. Carphone Warehouse are sellin it for £220 on pay as you go.

Only reason I ask is because I have never like using a phone as much as the 6300, and I really hope that the 6700 is very similar.

Is the keypad a normal keypad that clcikc because I really hope it is not touch sensitive like the lg chocolate?
And also are the four black keys touch as well? , I really hope they are not.

Got this phone yesterday. Was waitin a while for it. It's really fast and responsive. I intended to get the black 1 but when i looked at it it just looked borin. So i got the silver 1 :D. Camera is really good even when the flash aint on. Keypad will take some gettin used 2 but it's not a prob 2 use. If any1 wants 2 no anythin then send a message :)

Just used this phone for 5 days, and I have no complains about this phone. But does anyone else phone has a gap at the volume control area? Also, I'm having trouble updating the firmware to v7.60. It seems like I'm not alone. At Nokia Support Discussion, there are many others having the same problem too.

rodders, 08 Jul 2009has anybody had any queeries about the times of texts?? if ... moreObviously the 'daylight saving hours' feature has not been sorted. BST/ GMT. The clocks go forward to give the farmers an extra hour daylight in the growing, reaping season. But a cell phone doesn't know that.
You have to go into features & set it to auto or self adjust, or auto with 'notify'.
