Very bad experience with nokia 6.1 plus after one year my mobile stucked on Android one logo and service center said that mother board will be changed
And local market can't repair through software an excellent condition mobile not working I am feeling too bad

Charging port issue..Very Very Bad didn't expect from.Nokia...Now need togo to service center..it's been 8-9months am using this phone...2 charger cables gone....very very dissatisfied, disappointed

Charging port problem is real, I have been using nokia 6.1 from almost 1.5 years and now its charging become so slow that i was able charge my phone from 7 % to full in 5 hours with mobile switched off.
This is not the nokia quality we have expected and paid for, instead of using low quality usb type c nokia people should have used micro usb port of good quality because it would have let them save more pennies.
An other friend of mine have Nokia 5.1 plus he is also facing same port issue after a year and also this port problem is present in nokia 6.1 plus and my friend has paid almost 15$ for its replacement.
Pretty bad nokia for providing low quality devices with android one (that's catchy).

I have your Nokia 6.1 Plus model which I like very much, I am a fan of Nokia Mobiles since 2008, I have done many of your models Symbian, Android & Windows all! I have a small request from you that when we receive the incoming call, then the first name along with last name and company name will also be updated, this will help the professional people a lot! I had iPhone 6 before Nokia 6.1 Plus, in which this function proved to be very helpful! Sometimes many contacts are saved by one name, in which we are easy to identify when the company name is different! I hope you will notice this soon!

It has been almost 2 year I am using my nokia 6.1+ and I need to visit 2 times service center and still it's currently not charging that's why I am here. The reasons why I visited the service center are:
1. Charging Issue
2. Then after some My display started flickering and not working properly.
(Both got covered in warranty but the what about my time (minimum 1 week service center needs to fix any manufacturing defects) and problems which I faced during that duration)
Still my phone is facing the same charging issue. and my fingerprint scanner is not working.. I guess hardware failure.
Can Anyone tell my which of the phone in the market has no such manufacturing defects and works properly for at least a year.

Dont waste your money on this phone!! Worked fine for a year only and now the charging jack stopped working and i can't find any in my area so its pretty much useless now!

Almost 2 years. My only problem is the usb port. The other are fine. Don't even have any scratch in my Nokia 6.1+.

Had nokia adopted Android as it's OS many years, maybe they would have been on top even today.
