well, it depends in wether or not you call BrewOS a smartphone OS, which some would not, even though its a mobile OS with binary runtime ability. :)

The 701 is available already on display, yes, it's RM1,130. 700 didnt notice. I saw full page ads on 700 & 701 in the newspapers last week, means it's out.
