My Nokia 701 is dead after hard reset. Nokia care said that its return after 15 day. That's not good.

Is 701 Belle FP1 really bad? Is Nokia Customer Service in India really bad?? Read all your comments like phone returned after 2 weeks, serviceman no idea about problem that happen on the phone freaking me out. Want to buy this phone as 2nd phone but scared with all problems y'all mention. Don't want to use Android for now (as it is 'hot' OS).
P/S: not Indian, I'm Malaysian

How did you do the hard reset? is it by pressing the four button or by typing #7370#
I heard by typing *#7370# is the proper method to reset

Mine is at nokia care now. Told me 14 working days. Was really nice after the update,loved the map 2.0 too bad it crashed. Guess twas due to the xplorer installed on my phone or something. Hope to get it back this week!

This phone has just amazed me. I am using neo v currently but my uncle bouit a 701 recently and tomoßow i am going to buy 701 for me as it is better than my neo v in many aspects.

i have updated my 701 ota 1 hour after gsmarena gave the news. I feedback is positive. I have faced only 2 problems.
1 web browser crashes if wrong website address used. Trying google something but press go by mistake, CRASHED.
2 Video players lacks of set to screen is already an issue but its not that bad. The bad is when playing big size movies( tried with 1.3 gb size 1.5mb bitrate avi format) it works fine untill pressing the seek bar or forward/backward. This cause the video to get stuck. Anyone else can confirm this for me ty.
The video issue is big otherwise everything else is fine. I had soft reset my phone its no problem. Fp1 speed up everything and all the hd games work now without any lags.
I can still watch 700 mb dvdrips and use seek bar so its still fine for me and i am loving my phone.
Web browse about 6 hours on mobile and battery is still not depleted to 0.
Its 1 cool phone with great interface. No lags in ui. Super speedy. 701 rocks.

I got a 3.5mm to RCA cable, didn't seem to work. There was some shapes on the tv screen hinting that some signal was going through, but it wasn't working.
Anyone ever tried this yet?
