wow got my new update today for 701 is cool camera and gallery is very good now it means nokia will improve Symbian more in the future its not dead....

Is the battery back up affected in anyway in the fp one & 2 updates from the normal belle os , is it possible to update to fp 2 directly without fp one update and is there an fp 3 update comming any soon

just updated my 701 to belle fp2,the ui is good but the only fuckup from nokia is the ruination of the front camera(smooth&faster processing power;from 1ghz to 1.3ghz,car mode comes up after update,swipe unlock,dlna server,with different clock widgets.e.t.c)...pocket friendly.!!!

nokia 701 is very excellent phone after update to fp1 belle... Really i would say u dat belle fp1 user interface is much better dan android n ios software.... But having very less apps dan them... Y nokia cant develop there software,they can cuause nokia is no 1 company,just bring all femiiar apps as android n ios have den see surely nokia will b best again... Specially all games...u can improve ur software by launching midrange phones den u will boomed the market

Thank you for your feedback.. yeah i guess i'll... moreI never thought about using 3rd party apps for the camera. But I followed your suggestion and tried CameraPro. My phone is saved !!! Thank you very much.
The app is also very good, offers many options, but the main thing is that for 2 days since I installed it, I can take pictures whenever I want, for how many times I want. It is just great !!!
And with this experience, one thing is for sure. FP2 has many bugs !!! Not the camera of the phone gets broken if you update to FP2, but the software for the camera gets ruined. Nokia should take care of this and also other bugs too, or at least they could offer a solution to downgrade to FP1, because I would be the first to do it.

recently sold my e6 on monday.....the 701 is an awesome phone(nfc,fm transmitter,8mp.etc)just purchase mine 2days ago.(running on ordinary belle,but the update of the fp1 has poped out on the status bar(containinf 37mb)...
