I purchased this phone in november. used it for a month. then the 7 8 and 9 keys on the keypad stopped working. i gave it to nokia care. they sent it to delhi. not once. not twice. but FIVE times. They refuse to giv eme a replacement. I dont like this phone. Its terrible. It refuses to get repaired and nokia serivces are terrible. they lie and have absolutely no respect for teh term consumer satisfaction. They claim to repair the problem but it simply returns within a matter of days. If anyone has any idea of how to deal with this problem, plz tell me. The ydon't even give me anything in writing, except fr a job sheet on which they dont even put corect info.

Because you have 3 shots to type the code ... after those 3 tries your phone will be locked and you have to go to a service and restore original settings ( format )

sumair akhai, 02 Apr 2009hey after typing some wrong unlocking codes my super nova 7... morethere wil be a limited chances to enter unlocking codes for al models whether it s right r wrong so unless u get the right code dnt try it

Neha, noida, 01 Apr 2009Is 7310 supernova better than 7210 supernova. plz help me outluk ,if u need a simple cheap all in one device go for da 7210 supernova, 7310 has the same specifications xcept a 1.6 million qvga display, higher memory support(upto 4gb),tv out,nd da screen has a mirror finish in 7310,
nd 7310costs abt 2500/- bucks more dan 7210.......

So I can refresh the phone once I want to resell in 2 years... Great & it has TV out so I can watch my movies with my family on TV...

Hi, can somebody help me with my 7310? i can't play any music files anymore, nor video files... the file extensions are all supported but i can't play any of them... the music player only says "Not Allowed"...
need help please

it is really nice phone. slim ,beautifull,and user friendly
the camera is very good(sharp) in daylight ,and quiet good in night also,
the music player is very good sound is clear
many themes are available
it is a bit difficult to see in day light but its ok as the mirror efect of the screen is really cool
really beautifull
i'll give it 9.5/10

This is a supermodel phone, loks so pretty, but so stupid... Not a rival to my old Sony Ericsson K630i.. camera performance, internet connection, music & video player are so bad..

Nice mobile but totally unusable outside. Can't see anything. Especially bad when photographing or trying to see anything on the display. Strictly only for use when sky is dark or inside rooms.
