7610 can not be stereo, the phones'speaker is not stereo and there is NO Nokia stereo headset that supports 7610... what you are hearing is a good sound allright, but it aint stereo...sorry your ears are mistaken

Ey calm down Einstein. Of course i know what stereo output exactly means, surely better than you. But i am telling you that i have the 7610 right now in my hands. AND IT IS STEREO. Its the oficial version not a prototype so i dont think you own one to say its mono because if you had one you would realise that IT IS STEREO SOUND.

I hope this stays clear one for all.

Stereo MEANS that you hear TWO DIFFERENT sounds on the LEFT and RIGHT.

It doesn't mean SOUND on BOTH SIDES!... =)...

Just to help Devil out.. LoL.. he seems to be getting stressed from the same question over and over again...

Elmo: I am not sure but, however, there is a special coloured version of 7610 only for Asian markets (black with silver & gold).

it's written in the nokia's site that this phone can play audio files but no digital music player as written for the 6230, what does it mean? what's the difference? or is there a difference? does it mean we can't make a playlist or something and have to play each audio file manually?

                              To Devil:

Nokia DID mension about mp3 and ACC not COULD PLAY .. IT DOES PLAY. Go and READ what's in the features and in the FAQ on Nokia.com, and also check Forum Nokia. Man, saying playing MP3/ACC is useless if the phone plays mono, I'm sure either Nokia made a mistake, or your a liar. pick a choice, won't say anything else.

The camera will improve before the release. I had 9 6600's protos, and the quality was HORRIBLE, but now look at it ;) I also got confirmation from Internal Nokia that the camera will be improving drastically before release.

The max RS-MMC cards are 128MB. However, I dont even have a RS-MMC with my phone. It only came with a BL-5C (850mAh and not even 900mAh, like the one its coming out with), and an ACP-12E charger. I dont have a DKU-2 cable to answer you question about the flash drive, but it will not be case 99%, since the 6230 isn't recognized as a flash drive. only the 3300 was.

to devil, does this phone support stereo headsets? what is the maximum storage it supports for the rs-mmc card? can it work like a flash drive? for example, transferring files into the phone and transferring it back to another pc using usb cable alone without installing any other software, is it possible?
