well ... let's keep it short and simple:
i'm a regular guy with regular expectations from a phone and trust me i had many phones in my hand and not for one day but for months so did i with nokia 7610. my conclusion is that it is a good phone with a good price/quality raport and it will serv you well.
one more think to all those who write just to say that X phone or Y phone is the best just because they own it or from a different category, will you please stop talkin' because you make it even harder for the interested reader to actually have a clue of what this phone really can do.

It is a very good phone,I initially had it September 2005, it got stolen n I bought a Moto Razr,Sony erricsson K750i, but after using all this phones I had to go back to Nokia 7610 and that is what Im using now. It has all the features of a smart phone.It is complete.

this phone is no match with my 6630..
65k tft display.
1.3 megapixels camera and video call capability.
improved 3D gaming capabilities.
symbian 60 version 8.0a.
fast browsing with edge and 3G.
Improved stereo music player.
great phone ever..so...drop your ugly 7610 on your window..

all i can say for this phone is "pretty good".
Camera is sucks,slow opening,image is not clear.
music quality is mono,with no radio...what in the hell.
Slow browsing,no edge,no 3G..
So the phone is totally Sucks....better to have 6630..

Which one is better 6670 or 7610
Both have 100% same features but the difference is the only ugly keypad of 7610
which one u recommend for a new user of smart phone.

i disagree with dGaJe - the phone is very durable, i have had this phone for nearly 2 years an dropped it plenty of times and it works fine, i think its a great phone

It should take that card, i've had mine for over a year with a 256mb card and never had a problem. As long as it is a MMC card, it will work. It's really a great phone, and there are many applications avaliable for it. If you are into phtography, try to find 'Photorite SP'. This is a great little photo program. Also, 'Smart Movie' is fantastic for watching movies off your computer.

looks nice... everythibng was great. But easly gets broken! do not buy this phone. buy sony ericsson or from samsung.. more durable... quality not quantity

just got my own N7610 a week ago before my bday and i am really very happy with the way things are working. features are ok. enough to justify the need of a handy and organized phone. one thing that is also nice about this phone is you can save as much messages as you want since you can also use the memory card as your inbox/message memory. its pretty handy especially if yopu like to keep previous messages or quotes. plus, its design also gives you that prestige feeling. especially if you are the type who likes to go on social gatherings. not to flashy and not too dull. it is just right (well, for me that is..) though it may be slow in opening some applications, a good upgrade on the system will do u just fine. why not try formatting it sometimes, even computers need an upgrade or formatting from time to time. well, the important thing is you take care of the unit so that you will not end up saying it is a bad phone. there is no such phone that is bad or useless, it is how the person uses it and/or depends really on the users needs.. if it doesn't fit your needs, get another/diffrent phone. for those who are planning to buy a phone, best to go to a store check out the unit (try it first hand, doesn't really mean that you have to buy it right away) and try and see if you think it fits your personality and/or your needs before buying the phone, and also reading other people's opinion can help as long as you take them as suggestions and not as criticisms or such. it can really be confusing if you dwell on everyones opinions since we all are entitled to our own opinions. anyway, all i can say.. this phone is all thumbs up.. cheers to all who have posted..

Uhmmm this phone is acceptabil, but i don`t like cose i can`t use the psiloc , and don`t have radio, in rest is Excelnt ,just some problems when i put the mmc 512 , slowwwwwwwww.

this fone has been w/ me since just 2 months ago....haha....but 2 be honest this is the best fon 4 me ...not to mention it's style ad perforance....comparring 7610 to 6630..... id rather pick "-=(7610)=-" no difference.!!! thank nokia for coming up w/ this fone
