Its a good solid phone. But the only problem is that there is no memory card slot....
To insert Sim. First open the phone, move the back cover (upper one, in grey colour) towards up and then insert the sim from top (you will see a diagram drawn inside to tell the position of the sim) and close it.....

you installed Philips Camcoder for Serirs6-V2 thats a different version for 6600 or higher Smartphones

If you get a system error on bluetooth it means that the device is damaged (Bluetooth device that is...) You may also have a problem on your charging chip. My previous N7650 Had the same problem, not with the batery although. That device can be replaced in 5 minutes, it's no big deal. About Philips CamCorder, I repeat: this program does not work on N7650, you may want to try Nokia Videorecorder, it has the same functions as on N3550 and it works without any problems, it is free and full. Either you find it on nokia.com, either you send me an e-mail and I will send it to you. I have other full aplications, such as FExplorer, BlackList, Ringtone Studio, CameraFX and many others.
