My 7.2 is very new, lot lot problems already, call sensor not working, phone stays blank after release from my ear, hard to cut off a call, most of times screen does not go off after idle time elapse, very bad. Dont try this phone, problems!

I have been using the Nokia 7.2 for almost a year now and have been very happy overall. In particular I find the camera superb with great pictures coming out. Also the battery usually lasts up to 2 days despite quite some usage e.g. map apps and the battery charges very fast. At a price below EUR 300 I find this a really good deal and actually as a "normal user" do not see a reason to spend more on a device.

I have found opinions on here sometimes exaggerated for some reason or guys are buying fake clones of particular phones. First I read opinions about nokia 6.1 and guys here said it was bad but mine was excellent ofcourse minus the weaknesses expected from such a phone.then I bought the Nokia 7.2 contrary to many opinions here the phone is an absolute beast feels even better than my pixel 3a which is way more expensive. I believe there’s a possibility some opinions here are from marketers who want to pull down competition.

Mohi, 26 May 2020Just updated to android 10. It's just as fluid as before. D... moreDon't worry, dark mode in Amoleds does pretty much nothing to help the battery, as the pixels turn on anyway. People who understand Amoleds understand this. And that is why amoled devices eat more battery in real life situation. To really save a bit of battery, androids interface should have been as black as windows phone was. But then again, with so many elements would probably look ugly.

Dark mode is activated as you enter battery saving mode but hey, it's an LCD so it won't have any significant difference (since the backlight is always on, regardless of black pixels numbers). This thing only works on OLEDs.
Anyway, it's nice and responsive. I didn't face the touch-hangs everyone is talking about. Camera is the same which is a pity and the strong color cast remains as before.

I just got the 128/6 variant in cyan green and it's fantastic for my needs. Build quality is good if you hate SHINY things (I do, I hate everything shiny and really don't get the trend). Matte back is nice, grippy frame is grippy. I don't use any apps other than a few cameras and image editing tools, I don't use much data, I don't play games and I also don't watch videos, so a full charge lasts me a full 2 days and the phone is fast and responsive for me.
Default camera is nice but white balance is horrible. I do lots of plant photography and anything with lots of red/green casts a blue/yellow tint on the whole thing. Nothing you can't fix in editing apps but it's obviously there.
I don't listen to music with my phone so no comments on audio quality. I tried RecForge for audio recording and the highest quality settings gave mediocre results. I don't find the lack of QC a shortcoming because I'm usually not in a rush for things. (it may seem that I'm 57 years old, but no, I'm 32, and a gardener)
The only caveat I find is the extremely slippery back. Nicely built but can easily fall off from your hands. I usually take photos with a camera, I listen to music in my home with a decent speaker and I browse the web with my laptop. This phone is a chic and well-built companion for calling, texting, navigation and occasional social media engagement for me.
If you play games, need quick charge, don't know/care about or even hate android one, install a ton of apps and use lots of data for watching videos and social media, buy something else.

I get no response for some... moreI bought the mobile the next week of is release after Android 10 update faced touch swipe freeze issue like 3 time a hour use which is less notable while playing game, but day by day this issue for worse now, touch not respond after 5 zig Zag swipe. So no game in this mobile only movie and regular stuffing...
This problem silently happening in all Nokia mobiles... They didn't find any solution for this issue, now I'm thinking of cost some other brand model like ONE PLAUS 7/ SAMSUNG M31

Today I bought it then I upgraded to 10, without any problems, all of the things work well. quality of pics and videos are super. from Iran

Don't buy it. A lots of problems are there. After an update it goes for an emergency call in single press of Power button.

Anybody here experiencing touch response issues after android 10 update. This phone used to be excellent in pie, but after an update, some touch don't respond and i also noticed some ghost touch
