Worst phone I have ever buyed . Performance of this phone is extremely bad nothing is good in this phone except camera.phone hangs every time .poor glass quality,poor video quality ,poor battery backup,very slow charging,net connectivity problem.very slow response of finger lock every time .cost is too high .this phone is worth less than ₹10000. Even then I'll suggest you don't buy any of nokia phone .

Its a really good phone. The back looks really nice with the green color. The processor might be old but it does it job very good. The camera is great. I got it for really cheap on christmas for like 180 usd. But there are some negatives like the plastic frame, late android 10 update (im still waiting for the android 10 update) my phone skipped the march security update. I dont have any other problems with the phone

My personal smartphone. Great durability and reliability. Also use a Nokia when I work at construction sites. Oldie nokia 1100 needs to be replaced after 15 yes fifteen years...

If its a hardware issue it can't be solved by online queries.
I found good experience with them in service for my 3 year old Nokia 6 2017 they replaced my device free of cost even when my phone was 8 months old.

Got android 10 on my Nokia 7.2 on 1st of April 2020.a good expedient update with a lot of improvements in general usability and added features.antutu score of the device increased to 179456 from pre update score of 164000 -an overall increase of 15000 is more than welcome.geek bench score also saw and increase of 70 points from 1398 to 1468. In real life scenarios many bugs being fixed pure display enhanced in consistency with excellent android 10 feature like on the pixel devices as Google intended them to be .an exhilarating overall package this Nokia 7.2 after update.pre update great phone Nokia 7.2 just got even better.even before update I liked Nokia 7.2 better than all redmis and xiaomis in midrange I used and found Nokia 7.2 better to redmi note 8 pro realme 3 pro and realme 3 in design feel ergonomics and overall hardware excellent as well as software goodies.nokia never compromises on performance and user satisfaction especially proven by the unique user experience this device provided me

Upgraded to Android 10. After selecting CLEAR ALL if you swipe up it displays recently opened app windows again. After CLEAR ALL whether it should display the windows again or not?

Very nice phone, no issue since from dec. up to now. Already up graded to android 10.

I know this is not a great phone in terms of performance, due to its older processor. But I somehow like this phone a lot. I can certain spend a few more seconds than may be a faster phone to get my jobs done with this one. There is no such great earth shattering activity i do on a phone where every second counts :)

This phone is a complete waste of time and money it has never worked from day of purchase,and despite repeated online chats with Nokia they are completely unaware of how to resolve these issues I will give you an example I told them I had rebooted in safe mode and did a total hard reset and it made no difference they said ok let's do a hard reset that will solve the issues I had done 6 hard resets and nothing works, I emailed Nokia because I had no faith in the online dept. Offering any help I got an email back asking me to do a Bluetooth test and inform them what happened ,but I couldn't believe it when I found out I could not perform this test on a Nokia 7.2 and despite repeatedly telling them about my issues all they can say is do a hard reset which I have done countless times,now they are asking me to send it back for repair I refused to send it back as I believe they will simply tell me the phone is water damaged to get out of fixing it Nokia seem to think getting their phones in the new James bond film will sell more phones for them but I bet the phones problems will persist not even James bond could fix these phones I have had my Nokia 7.2 for only 3 months and I would gladly throw it away if I could afford to buy another phone
