no fast charging only 10 W charger.. is it 2019 phone. Didn't expect this from NOKIA.

I wabt to ask 3 questios
1.is the phone slower than huawei p30 lite
2.after 2 years will the phone become slow, because after 2 years there won't come upsates, am i corrext?
3. I want to buy a good smart phone to use more than 3 years, really would you recommand this phone to it?

because nokia claimed its 10W because the charger they are providing with the box which supports only 10W charging but if we use 18W charger it will work. Please try if you people have both Nokia 7 plus/Nokia 8.1 and Nokia 7.2 to check whether the phone supports 18W fast charging

This phone processor is used lower one compared to Nokia 8 and pixel density also less.
