Anyone get the occasional rebooting of the phone? I listen to podcasts through Google play music and maybe once a week the phone will crash and reboot. I don't know if the issue is with the app or phone.

Have this phone for more then one month.
Came from Microsoft Lumia 950.
Very smooth, no lags, very fast, battery lasts for two days (using mail check, WhatsApp, Facebook, internet searches, making photos)
One minor point is camera using with less light.
No one minor point I've noticed more yet.

Very silk metalic back hardly has grip, Dont want to drop thrice within 24 hours and get it damaged, Before start using this phone case and screen protector is mandatory

It freezes randomly, not seeing notification on whatsapp call and IMO calls randomly. Phone is heating up on video calls of 15 minutes

Some of the Nokia Phones are not (support) True 4G In India, Please check before buy. Nokia care is a pathetic service now...

Just screen retention or ghosting. I have accidentally dropes it once from chest height but nothing happened (i had a tpu case, a very thin one)
May be it's the Europe region that's affected. I've heard reports of delayed security updates and stuff.

Regarging the camera, you can improve your photos thanks to the numerous ports of the camera software of Pixel ("gcam"). Read https://www.reddit.com/r/Nokia/comments/9023q4/google_camera_tuning_guide_for_nokia_8_2017/?utm_source=reddit-android (and read the comments). I'm using the port of GCAM provided here https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/f/changelog257/ . My cam is much better now.
Regarding the quality of voice, I got a problem with as well. I send my phone (under warranty) to their service center. They found a malfunctioning component and replace it. Everything is good now.

Enjoying my Nokia 8 now for the sixth month. It's the best Nokia phone ever.
Though not being able to use mirror cast unless I use Chromecast to connect with my WebOs TV.

AVOID NOKIA AS THEY OFFER POOR QUALITY OF THE PHONES AND SERVICES! DO NOT BUY NOKIA 8 OR ANY OTHER NOKIA PHONE! I trusted the brand and now I m very disappointed. Their phones have major hardware issues and HMD doesn t care about their customers.
The camera broke down after just one drop. I had to replace the broken screen after the second drop. The repair was done in Nokia s repair center in Hungary. It was very expensive as the warranty was not accepted in Europe (bought the phone on amazon.com). But that s not the last problem. After just a few months, the new display suddenly and during normal use just went off. Without any physical damage, the screen stays black like when the phone is off. No matter what I do, the screen simply doesn t work. New screen, as Nokia claims they installed. Now they refuse to even accept the phone in service, even if I want to pay for it. The reason is the phone was not activated in Europe. They don t even want to investigate what happened with the screen. AVOID NOKIA AS THEY OFFER VERY POOR QUALITY OF THE PHONES AND SERVICES.
