I use the phone for almost 3 years now. My experience:
(+) very stable, durable and quality built phone
(+) very good, high res screen, very bright, even in brightest environments
(+) Battery Life about 1,5 days / normal use
(-) Has not received Android 10 (would be able to)
(-) some system updates it received were not so good / problems occured
(-) Still no exFAT support, even if the filesystem has open licensed in 2019 from microsoft for linux/based systems, and it was designed for large microSD Cards!

Terrible customer service. I don't want to say but despite my love for the so-called premium feel and good specs. It is flawed product right out of factory. Restarts every time I use it. Some times more than 50 times a day. It is with Nokia people now for more than 5 months. And they can't even figure out whats wrong with it. Replaced everything. Now replacing battery. According to them it should work now. Because they have changed everything. Main board, LCD (which was perfect), now battery. They are saying if this does not fix the problem then it is a dead device. Unrepairable. I don't know if they have a policy to give me a new model because I frankly dont want another NOKIA 8. I have had enough of it. Going to and fro to their servicecentre like a crazy idiot. I have had enough of Nokia. Infact NOKIA should just stick to their best phone ever 3310 (2000 original). And never venture into smart phone territory. EVER AGAIN.

What a bad service. My phone vieuw was half grey, a welknown problem bij Nokia. The phone was in the guarantee period. I mailed with the supportdesk and they should also known the problem. The picked my phone up to repair and now it was not guarantee anymore and for € 257,50 there were able to repair. What is guarantee then worth.
For me never a Nokia phone any more.

I had the same problems with reboots the last 2-2.5 months. Last week I sent it to nokia service and they did reprogramming. So far, no reboot.

Restarts several times.Battery replaced locally. Again problem started after 3 months.Totally disappointed with product.I purchased Nokia 8 with big hope because still I have working Nokia E71. But now I never prefer Nokia.

PS: I own Nokia 8.

Now the device is pushing 3 years and still no problem, the battery is still going for about two days, of course she just does social media, browsing and calling on it, no gaming or whatever.
