Messaging, connectivity like bluetooth and nfc.
Social like facebook, opera mobile, tweetian, whatsapp viber for messaging, fring for videocall but make sure that the one you are going to call also have fring apps., skype for free call no video actually.
if your onto picture, molome an instagram for nokia is actually the best, panorama, shutter pro, camera pack 5 also an alternative.
lockscreen, dunlock and slide unlock is actually android and ios lockscreen for nokia.
games like, fruit ninja, roller coaster, jetpack, temple run actually is on beta only.
battery back up like you, im using for messaging, calling, surfing and gaming one day is the maximum for this mobile. but if you want to you can used battery monitor to minimize that battery consumed.
another information, dont update you mobile to belle fp2 because the front camera will be remove and mark on gallery. although there is a called nokia 0 front camera, it is a paid apps. so stick with belle fp one for better experience.

Actually I'm waiting for some kind of downgrade of the price and I'm going to buy 808 Immediately (^_^)...

1.Calling,Messaging&Connectivity
2.Music & Video player(max resolution playable videos)
3.Social apps like Facebook,Twitter,Whatsapp,Viber,apps where we can chat&send pics and vids.
4.Battery life (My usage-Calls,Texts,Camera,Chatting online,web browsing,mails,music & videos? both online and from memory card,little gaming)

2. How is the built in music player and video player. Does video player play full HD videos and how is music quality in earphones and through speaker.
3. Do we have any browsers other than builtin browser that plays flash content to see (embeded) videos, YouTube.
4. My usage is as following: calls, texts, online chatting(WhatsApp, viber, Facebook) Internet browsing, camera, listening to music both in earphones and through loud speaker, watching videos(both online & through memory card).
5. I don't play lot of games but need them.
6. How is the battery life considering my usage as I explained above.

I had a similar problem ( i always had to accept some certificates over and over again) when i browsed the net with google and i found out that the problem was the date and time of the phone being wrong set. Anyway, can you be more specific of the problem, if what i've said is not the case...!?

Good news for buyers in India.
Price in India till last week was 25000 Rs (around 500$), now its available for 18000 Rs (around 350$). Check flipkart site for details. Good time to buy the phone before its out of stock.

Let us hope that Nokia will ov... morei think that will over do it if it will be overclock again to 1.5ghz... my android is dual core with same amount of ram (512mb) yet it lags everytime i return to homescreen after opening apps or playing games...my 808 dont do that... i play games do internet and open like 15 apps and still buttery smooth...
and guys can you please tell me or post her best games out there for our 808 and also apps? the only game i really enjoy on my 808 is istunt2 and zuba deluxe.. thanks

The notifications for the connection will appear and you'll hear an alert beep too. If they are not compatible then nothing will happen upon tapping. Hope this helps.

what is wrong with nokia! Coz I can Imagine a fone dat has bn lauched 1year ago and still hav dis xpensive price tag. Come on nokia!! Reduce d price so dat we symbian lover can hv dis gr8 device ..I really want 2 by dis fone, but d price tag is tempting. Nokia plzzzzzzzzzz!!! D phone is almost outdated..but we luv it despite it is d last phone from symbian. Thanks
