i'm currently in FP1, if i update it to FP2 thru nokia suite by installing 400+MB S/W can i bring it back to factory defaults.. correct me if i wrong..
my 808 is only a week old, so i'm afraid about fashing..

They replaced my phone with new one, but color is black this time, mine was white.
firmware version is 1507.
I'm checking it... will update soon about 3G bug. Mfg date is same as my previous one. But phone is looking quite stable & looking really nice in black too.

BTW 808 stops charging @ 1325 mAh though the official rating is 1400mAh.. i'm impressed with the battery results it lasts a whole day with 3G on & i took nearly 50 pics with xenon ON..

In bright day my dad's galaxy S3 8MP pics can't match 2MP of my pureview..

i think people want a phone with 5mp front camera,50mp main camera,in built 64gb and external 1000gb,battery 5000mah,pocket friendly weight,that phone has one special feature it should not switch off .... Lol

friends this phone is legend no phone on earth to compare it every phone has own standard but 808 pv is above all the person who use it and those who love pv only feel the dynamo of it once they use ,
im using it since three months never had any problems that repent on buying it,
every thing is flawless apps games vdos musik,whatsapp,hd games,dolby out on ears is awesome.
There is no limits of it to praise how good this beauty is.....

Do a factory reset before flashing. hit *#7370# (first back up contacts and messages if you want, also mass mem will be formatted so copy from there what you need, to) After this, just folow the steps. Your phone will restart and will be loading for about 10 minutes. So don't panic. Will show that is loading or only Nokia logo.

Is by flashing your firmware with phoenix. It is a Nokia care center tool. And it's a bit tricky to learn. You can look here if you are interested (they talk about custom firmwares, but with original firmwares is the same, all you need is not to download those custom firmwares, but the original ones)

Frnds KIND REQUEST hard reseted my 808 due to Mobile security hack method which causes continous restarts.. it wipes whole things like wallpapers, prebuilt media.. can anyone pls upload & gimme the link for wallpapers pls.. is there any procedure available to bring back my phone to the original status... pls guide me frnds...

This poor phone and your so call legend has nothing it dsnt support viber and many much needed apps and games and whatsapp is working in it but so laggy and 1 more thing is poor in it in video playback you just double tap to full screen but videos dsnt fit in screen what can i say very poor and cheap Nokia 808 RIP.
