Onyeze, 28 Feb 2016Pls how do u install the 41.5mp pldHi Bro , my experience : i dont say about 38 MP or 41.5 MP. .because the captured photos is too large. . .that's why i use pure view mode C1 (8 MP) instead of full resolution mode. There are C1 (8MP), C2 (5MP) and C3 (MP).. .so please learn it properly to make best photo :)

I hv this phone over a year. It was 3 years old and still hv the highest camera resolution. EXTREMELY good in low light. I installed the 41.5MP mode which makes it better. Im hoping for new android apps support for this phone.

Come back when you learn that artificial "oil painting" sharpening, artificial contrast boost and artificial noise reduction from a miniature iToy are neither a substitute nor a match for pure physics, experience and reality.
So, basically, don't come back. You're hopeless. :-)

mir, 22 Feb 2016The camera on this phone was just all hype. Its not even on... moreYes. But 808 should have got more options to set the photo (2 MP, 5 MP, 8 MP, 13 MP, 16 MP, 20 MP, 23 MP, 26 MP, 32 MP and 38 MP) and video (320x240, 640x480, 1280x720, 1920x1080 etc) resolution.
See the SAR of 808 pureview and compare it with G3 !!!!.

I wondered to use Nokia 808. I have another Nokia n8 and galaxy s5. But Nokia 808 is quite different. It's camera is awesome. Thanks Nokia for 808 .

The camera on this phone was just all hype. Its not even on the level of the iphone 5S in terms of image quality and speed of taking the photos.

Nagerst, 16 Feb 2016The sollution is to use another format than FAT32 on your S... moreNo man. This is not the case in 64 GB class 10 micro SD with FAT 32 in LG G3. All video files upto less than 4 GB play normally without any problem. I think the 2 GB limit is the limit of the Symbian phones

But the SAR rating of 808 is very high !!!.
G4 does not have the option to set the resolution (2 MP, 5 MP, 8 MP, 9 MP wide, 12 MP, 640x480, 1280x720, 1920x1080 etc). G3 itself sucks in terms of battery backup. Then think of G4 !!!!.

Nokia 808PV is a very nice camera phone, it is durable ( Solid build), its battery is removeable, Voice quality is very good.
I use this phone because of its camera !
But we should learn it properly to know how to make picture in low light and high light place. Generally I did not use full resolution mode because the photos size is too big. I use pure view mode 8 MP instead.
This phone is better than Nokia N8.
I wait for a new Nokia Camera Phone but I do not hear any news from Nokia. My secondary phone is LG G4, it is also an up to date camera phone .

I used it nearly 6 months then its dead .now using Lumia 730 for one year it's buttery smooth & overall it's a great device. N 808 is my dream. What about ur user experience so far. Will it last more than one year.And is it telcel units from Mexico. Kindly share ur experience.

Wowwwwww my 808 have new life.
I connectedit with ez cast dongle to my lcd tv I think it's worth to use my mobile for further 1 or 2 yrs. ummmaaaaa 808.
