    Review:
Yet one another plume in the cap of Nokia, but is rendered a waste of money. These days, people are going for Bridge Cameras instead of DSLRs because, the former gives the same quality image but a slight difference than the latter, also at an affordable price. Now who in the middle class society will waste INR33899 for this so called 41MP camera when one can afford the same sort of Belle phone at 5MP on Nokia 500 at INR9525. Sorry Nokia, its not humiliating you, but I give a standing ovation to the work you've done, but can anyone tell me what is more different in this device excepting a 41MP sensor and Corning Gorilla Glass. Even the front is not 5MP, its just VGA (0.3MP). Its only a Show Piece, to be purchased and placed in Bank Lockers just like Gold. Even this wont fetch the amount as Gold fetches after 5-6 years in locker. I suggest Low end Symbian Anna Nokia 500 is a superchoice.

PS. Most of us here are not stupid iPhans therefor we disgust iOS and appreciate the 808 not having it!

My Sony T99 14 MegaPixel Digi Cam produces so much more clearer pics than this phone. And remember this phone has Symbian not IOS.

This phone is just a waste of money.

              Cheers!!

It's only a by chance that you and your friend purchased units that are in near of depletion.

It is rather harsh to say that a single bad experience will be bad for the rest and the upcoming. You just made a general statement which is not true to the majority of the units. I respect your decision to switch to other units but don't say that if one member of the family is blind, the rest of the members are blind, too. Which in is illogical.

I myself had been using nokia since 2000 and only 1 unit that I purchased gave me a bad headache. The rest of the nokia units I bought are running in good condition. All of my nokia phones, even the 3310, are still in good and in running condition.

Have a nice day and don't fret...

                        Nokia 808 PureView RM-807 @ PHP 24,900.00

Why did Nokia Philippines via Nokia Singapore via Nokia, Inc., limit the shipment of Nokia 808 PureView RM-807 to only 50 units when there are 55 Nokia Concept Stores, 2,990 Official Nokia Dealerships in the Philippines.

Yes, that is right, 50 units only of Nokia 808 PureView RM-807 arrived Monday morning, 11 June 2012. By Wednesday night, 13 June 2012, all stocks are sold out.

As you know there are lots of gray and black market Nokia phones coming from every market.

These DO NOT PAY Philippine taxes, and as such your actions by not bringing in more legit units may be frowned upon by the Government as unsound practices.

This is not good for your Nokia Concept Stores, your Official Nokia Dealerships in the Philippines as well as for Nokia, Inc.,

I just wanted the whole world and you to know.

Thank you for your continued and unwavering support!

                        Long live Nokia!

iv been a nokia user ever since, my last phone was c7 then 603, but i thought android is better coz of vcall on skype so i tried gnote n7000, after a month of use i realized that 603 is as fast on single 1ghz processor, and has a more juicy battery, and it run apps better than note example is nimbuzz, so guess what? iv sold the note and im back with my c7 coz i already given 603,and planning to buy 808 pv.im still satisfied with nokia after test using an android phone.

AnonD-5465, 13 Jun 2012GSMarena where is the review ??why its taking so long ?it ain't easy to do a review, their unit has just arrived for quite some time... How do you suppose to review its battery life when using on standby, when playing movies, musics etc in a day... I believe gsmarena is doing the same review as what other smartphones gone thru so be patient... I also do waiting for the full review but gsmarena says it will be up some time next week...
