But, its n... moredo you ever hold an 808 against your eye ??? although its ppi is way down the display is quite good, if you ask a person who is not aware of 808's resolution he will definitely say a figure of above 300 seeing the display. its that good man, i have also a xperia z with me now and my previous phones were nokia e6,xperia u, xperia sp, lumia 520, samsung galaxy s4, htc desire u.and i kept 808 as my camera phone for last two years... i didn't felt any major difference between these displays except for s4.

d phone is excellence but when i play music it does not sing out except i use the ear phone

i just bought nokia 808 but i can't access whatsapp. It is telling me to insert memory card.
The screen also is not responding well.
What should i do

The performance is good. We can use new apps which are not available for Symbian Os. But it has two distinguished qualities. 1. Mobile gets heated 2. Battery drains fastly.
Now I accept that I should try Windows! So I'm waiting for an update phone to Lumia 1520. Sorry for the late reply!

AnonD-277528, 26 Jun 2014Best Display nd camera phone in the world. I agree with you, as this phone has best camera. But, its not best in terms of display because it has only 360*640 resolution with 4 inch display that results a thin pixel wearing of 184 ppi only. Nokia 808 is superb in every aspect but not in terms of display. If nokia could have done better than this resolution, unfortunately not done. If the resolution were 1280*720 this would have been resulted in 367 ppi density then the same photo shoot could give more clear and sharper visuality as nokia 1020 because it has a 1280*720 display resolution with same 41 mp sensor with an extra feature of Optical Image Stabilisation but this doesn't matter in still photography. This display lag restricted many of the buyers to purchase it.

hehe... i download the base delight file twice but dont know where it has gone. its not there on desktop and i cant find where it has gone.
• Third you need to put your files into the flashing folder
the flashing folder has to BE MADE in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\
and it is the RM Number of your phone.
But from where? :p

yes i managed somehow to open phoenix after switching off the antivirus. but even after connecting my phone to pc the phoenix can not detect my phone. when i select product RM-807 after that nothing happens. at the bottom it shows "RM-807" then in next box it shows "no product" and in extreme right it shows "no connection". what do i do. you can also mail me the solution to harishdeo84@gmail.com

ann, 29 Jun 2014nokia 808 is slow in internet and has no 3G network This phone offers 3.5G internet connection and depending on your wireless network it's pretty fast. I do agree that the browser is definitely just average though. This phone comes with great connectivity, it's very customizable, and versatile media options. For stills the camera is tops in a phone, and video is very good too.

nokia 808pureview is very nice smartphone.i fill very upset with nokia company because people who love and believe on symbian nokia now is one big trader.i trust nokia symbian from 1993 till today.y stop the updates we must trow our symbian phones n8 808?nokia i dont trust u anymore.
