So to say, you have this: 113.010.1508 version but customized based on Italy. You can install any other stock version numbered the same: 113.010.1508. Does not matter if it's from Italy or England or Germany or India. But you said that in India there is no .1508 version, So you need to look for a firmware that has the languages you need and also has the same number as your custom one. is better to install an European version, cause Europe get's faster updates. At least, this is what i think:)).

So if you have .1508 you cannot go back to .1506. You will brick it and you will need to go to Nokia care to proper reinstall the system. I think you don't wanna do that, but they have better tools then what they provide for us, so they can fix it even if is bricket:). Anyways, as long as the firmare version is the same, you can go for any other stock OS. Also, if your custom version is lower then stock version, you can just upgrade normally, depending on what country the custom firmware is based. Hope you understood what i've said, cause sometimes i don't understand what i say:)).

Unfortunately there are only 4 dev... morebro i have a doubt.. now my 808 runs custom firmware.. and its version us 113.010.1508... but the stock FW of India is 113.010.1506.. can i re-flash my device with Indian firmware version.. or euro zone version is 113.010.1508.. can i download and flash UK version in my device.. pls say me..

Hi Nokia Fans ;-)
Had a small query.
If you guys remember - there was an option in N series to store you messages in your Memory card.
But in nokia 808 i dont see that option.
Currently when i check the details of the C drive (Phone Memory)- Messages have occupied 45 MB of space.
Any one has any idea - how to store messages in mass memory?

love this nokia 808 but the only thing is the battery does not last especially with making loads of calls , really disappointed should have gone with samsung

Unfortunately there are only 4 devices that supports Belle FP2 and those are Nokia 700, 603, 701 and 808 pureview. there is not a big list of them. There are though some other devices with belle refresh, though are not so speedy as fp2 devices. Are good enough:). N8, c7, c6-00, c6-01, x7, E7, 500. that's about it. I'd go for N8, if it can find it cheaper then 180 euro.

Carol, 24 Jun 2013You can try to find the 701, is a very good device. Better ... morek bro.. Surely will see to it.. Actually i had one last year april.. Really it was nice to use.. Especially for the display quality. How bright and superb it has.. Also slim with aluminium body.. But very tough to find.. Even 603 went out of stock last night.. So no idea what to do..

hi ziad. Installed MOHICAN 1.1.4 superb the performance and devices is very much responsive.. Boots soon and also many autostarts being disabled and unwanted were being removed.. Very good animation. Free Phone memory more than 600mb. Just flashed today morning.. Will let u know abt battery performance and also camera..
