my third nokia will be with me on tuesday none of the ohters have worked properly
got my second nokia and 10 hours later called vodafone for a replacement it lasted only 15 seconds before turning off
Vodafone are useless as they only ever send a refurbished 8800 has a replacement the one they sent me as the first replacement even had a the sliding mechanisim not working properly and the screen is extremley use
have more than one contract with vodafone but still send me other peoples broken second hand phones as a replacement
completley useless both nokia and vodafone

This is a nice looking phone.......no doubt. This phone is so nice to hold & so easy to use & so elegant looking; I just can't find or name another phone which can compare to this 8800 ay the present moment! Well, this phone is not perfect, but almost..........

you're right Mjke.. it is only a phone!.. nor is any of this all that serious!... therefore i didnt see the need to write something new in order to reiterate the same point seeing that so many poeple are still making statements as to why they cant understand why anyone would buy this phone for the price it is being sold... didnt see the need to write something new to get the exact same point across... didnt realize that anyone cared THAT much..lol!.. its nice to know that you care Mjke... dont have alot of time on our hands do we Mjke?! :-).. that being the case.. i will never cut and paste my own stuff again Mjke!.. i'm sorry Mjke

Why is there so much talk about this phone?!.. this forum has so many posts and so many heated arguments.. what is it about this phone that brings out the primal beast in people! My God man!!.. is this phone THAT powerfull?! All of you that hate on this phone should ask yourslf that question!! Can a Rolls Royce go from 0 to 60 in 3.2 seconds.. no! Is it packed full of brightly lit LCD screens connected to DVD players... NO! Does it have a supercharged motor kicking out 500+ horses..no!!.. well so much for specs!! The same reason why we love the Rolls is the same reason why we love this phone.. it does what its supposed to do so much better than the rest, and does it with absolute undeniable style. To my fellow 8800 owners.. Cheers! .. to everyone else.. live a little and treat yourself to somethin nice... if the price turns you off, all that means is that you're not a Rolls Royce type of person.. nothin wrong with that. There's room in this world for u too! ;-)

Thsoe who are class they will get this phone to outclass your cheapass k750, k750 but got techonology and stuff but this phone was meant for it's look

I have had this phone for a year now and is a very easy to use compact nice lookin phone. Only draw back is battery life, but this is sorted by Nokia by providing two batteries and a desk top charging unit that can charge both at once. Great one by Nokia, saw a problem and covered it before it became an issue.

Wow!!! Superb phone! Great battery life and scartch resistant glass. This is the 6th month since the day I bought my 8800 and never experience any problem at all! I text a lot and make a lot of call as well, still the battery holds for 5 days, a week max! WORTH EVERY PENNY! buy this phone!! You wouldn't have to worry about every people in your place have the same phone.
