Most overpriced phone ever made! Decidedly average feature-wise. Should be reserved for people with too much money and no grasp of technology!

Very expensive for non special feature mobile phone. We can say that you'll just buy it because of the housing.

this is truely a masterpiece from nokia. old 8800 was terrible in terms of battery life but nokia has improved with sirocco. this phone looks really very elegent and stylish

Don't buy from e-buy-global.com !
It's strange that they got mobile phones 70% cheaper, e.g. 8600 Luna - $150. It's that odd, that it doesn't even cover production expenses...
So, my advice: don't even write to them. They aren't really from Italy! Their host is somewhere in Israel! It might aswell be some kid playing around behind his PC, and getting his money off our backs.
When I asked for their company's registration number, business rate, or something like that, the director replied to me they haven't got it for anybody. 'Cause that's something that has to be made public, so anyone may verify it.

I just purchased the Sirocco Gold edition, this is a must have if your trying to present yourself. The phone definately is an eye catcher but is also rather expensive. So hopefully will not be as common as the Sirocco!

is this what luxury phone means? doesn't have a memeory card slot, how many songs does a 128mb can have? that's not enough.. and it's not beautiful.. just a waste of money.. and the screen is so small..

this phone sucks, runs out of batteries in about 2 hours. i charged it 3 times a day when i had it. horrible battery life! other than that, i like the phone

I've got the new 8800 Sirocco just recently and have noticed that the when you make or recieve a phone call, the earpiece audio on the handset is very poor. Almost sounds like the device is loose. When the volume is on 1 it sounds crystal clear, but you can't hear anything outside on volume 1, when it moves onto 4-5, the earpiece starts to rattle, and on 10, it is inaudiable.
Has anyone else has this problem?
Is this a design fault? Or poor craftmanship?
I've had the 8800 original and the audio was perfect, just the poor battery life.

sirocco is the best phone in the market. luna is a piece of crap. it looks like 3210. im waiting the siroccos real successor

does anyone know when the next 8 series will come to market ? i need a replacement for the sirocco, i have one in black, and I must say that I'm getting bored of it. the 8600 luna model is very, i repeat, very ugly. any news about a new model from the 8 series ?

This is one of the best mobile phones I have ever had. It is sleek and very sexy and very well made.The 8800 sirocco has all the same basic features as every mobile phone apart from 3G.This phone is not a PDA so dont compear it to a PDA. The nokia 8800 sirocco is a hevy phone. That beacause it is made out of metal not plastic.

I can't understand why Nokia 8800 is fortune however nothing fuction in that phone.Who can tell me? I very confuseand I heard someone said before they said the housing was made by aeroplane's iron,is that true?

does the sirocco have good volume??? Because when I spoke whit somebody,I dont heard this person very well!!!!!Do you have the same problem???
