I tried to contact Nokia official support, but they did not help me because Nokia do not sell cell phones in Brazil :(

But ... moreThe screen is both too responsive, making the use of the keyboard a pain because it senses touches that it should not sense at all, and not responsive enough, I very often have too touch the back button many times before it reacts, and this is a hardware problem with the NEG screen! Nokia should have used Gorilla glass, because NEG are unable to make the same quality glass even though they try to do exactly the same "recipe" as Gorilla glass?
                      HMD is not Nokia, they do not have the same quality..., they only want to enrich themselves by using the Nokia brand!

                        i was a hardcore fan of nokia from my first mobile phone in 2004. have used till the n series .
                        nokia 8.1 (nokia x7) is a wonderful model except the dedicated microsd card slot.
                        its needed if you have dual sim to use for.
                        hoping nokia will bring a mobile with dedicated microsd card slot, 4/6 gb ram and 3500 mah battery

                                      1) A50's One UI has more features but lesser updates. you can also switch key right to left on A50. One UI is pretty good.
                                      2) N8.1 has vanilla Android. faster updates. but less customization on stock. but is faster overall.
