Tried to sync a 9300 with a mac and it overwrote the calendar and contacts with its own (less important) ones. I tried to restore the from a 9300 backup, but this fails with the info that it cannot be done since the contacts and calendar files are coprighted. Turning the 9300 off and on and deleting them locally does not help either. Then these files are constantly in use even if the corresponding apps have not been started... How do I get rid of them in the 9300 so I can restore again? Thanks!

the 9300 is fantastic i used to use an imate smartphone but the nokia is superior ,battery life fantastic even after email and web browsing, no soft case though, i had to stretch a old nokia case abit to fit the phone in, a genuine soft case with pocket clip would be nice..

I'd like to ask if some one have the solution of this problem (to me), is there any way to make automatic key lock and you don't have to insert the password every time you need to use the mobile.
Any way it is a good handset.

No it doesn't have a dictionary or predicting features since you have a keyboard. Again I still miss the vibration and the dictionary. Some features are deeply barried in sub menues but with some customization you'll be able to solve this issue. Other than that it is a great phone.

I thought this was a stylish phone with good functionality until I realized it has no vibrate!!!!!!!!!! So no being quite and discrete in meetings. You also are unable to use sim and phone memory together. If you want your notification of meetings with a single beep, forgot it. This phone will only work for people who want everyone to know they have it.. Very disappointing

Have somebody problem like this: when phoneunit is switced off battery indicator doesent stop running even for 16(!) hours? I have one, even Nokia in mu country (Estonia) said it is mustbe on all 93/95 models & with next software version more than V 04.53(00) problem must dissapear. Second bad think for me it is have NOT viration alert. Very-very sad. Should Nokia made next one probably 9300i- then I can trhou away 9300 6 buy 9300i-good sale trick. Another 600 Euro in the Finnish pocket. How are yours 9300? Check it out.

I Love a 9300. Its perfect. And I dont miss a camera as anyways I never used to use the camera in my older nokia phone except when wasting time. Nokia 9300 is a Phone which is true campanian of mine and if any one wants to understand anything regarding the same, please do mail me at mail@zubin.co.in and I will try my level best to answere it.
