2) windows mobile 5 or higher with push e-mail
3) Slider Phone
4) Vibrator
5) Stylus input
6) T9
7) 3G + Edge + Wifi + Blue Tooth
8) If you can include satellite phone capability great
9) Intergrated body battery like the 6210 ... with talk time of 10 + hours on a single charge

10)No antenna (like palm)

        John,
Looks like Nokia has not announced any replacement for the 9500 at the CATIA. This phone is close to 2 years old and was dated when they launched.

Treo / Samsung may be worth tracking in this segment as they are coming out with the latest and cutting edge products

So is there a replacement for the 9500? I like the form of the 9500 & it is a great business tool even if it is slow sometimes. I dont wont to get the E61 so is there an upgrade path for the 9500. Does anyone know? Thanks

NOKIA 9500 communicator is one of the highest grade of phones around the world today. It is unquestionably supered.I have used it for 6 months now and couldn't just compare it with any of the phones I had ever used. Please, kindly give me a brief on how to download yahoo messenger into it.

                        bashir kahlil........ you FAG!

i have tried pocket pc and it sucks cuz the touch screen is too sensitive and easily scratch even with touchscreen protection film. much worst is when driving i can't immediately answer any calls using pocket pc cuz answer key is on the buttom.

well good luck with your pocket pc phone... as for me better stick with phones that has keypads on it.

I just got 9500!!! Real nice and tough! But, is it possible that a phone like that not to have vibration and Radio? Too bad! But over all, it's the best!

                                  tips for all 9500 users

don't drop this phone too often cuz the housing of this phone is thin and easily cracks. don't place it in your pocket when wearing jeans or even placing it inside your pocket while sitting down.

i place mine in my pocket when going to school and I dropped it for 5 times already and the hinged broke off. I have to spend P 1,500.00 or $30 to have it replaced. at least 5 times of being dropped is a testament that internal components wasn't affected. Only the external components which is acceptable for as long as the entire phone still works.
